I love baking things with limited ingredients. All too often, you read a baking recipe, and you need 10, 12 or 15 ingredients. Not in my kitchen! Instead, it's time to try my 4-ingredient banana muffins. And when I say 4 ingredients, I mean four!

You are surely commendable for being true to what the title says: these are indeed only four ingredients, just as promised. However, my friend, when you present a recipe you should also include the quantities. We saw 4 bananas and 2 eggs, but how much sugar and how much flour? We all know that baking is about precise quantities.
