    I made a slip bag the size of my fist using a sock and a bunch of coins. It's not as hard as a dumbbell, but heavier than a tennis ball.
    All the more motivation to move fast!

  • @mmafan3
    @mmafan3 5 років тому +6

    Deep dark secret bro. I don't keep my guard up fully either. Doing so tires out my shoulders quicker and blocks my full view. Works thus far for me and when it no longer does I'll adjust and deal with the fallout lol.

    • @Entity1Combat
      @Entity1Combat  5 років тому +3

      hahah I usually keep my guard up my dude, sometimes however I did used to drop my lead hand and kind of just used to shoulder roll and block and parry shots with my cross hand. Yeah I honestly don't have a problem with some fighters fighting without a full guard neither , I mean it works if you have the reflexes to do it and if your slick enough. I mean look at dudes in MMA like Dominick Cruz, sometimes Mcgregor and in boxing you had dudes like Sergio Martinez and Roy Jones do it (to name a few). It goes against conventional wisdom of 'keep your hands up at all times' but sometimes dudes fighter better like that and less energy is wasted on trying to just keep your hands up. My rule is don't adjust anything if it works for you, when results are not coming then you make the adjustment that are needed.
