This reminds me of another Dagoth Ur Tier list that was so strangely consistent with his character, the man was rating waifus in skyrim and voted everyone as sub par for being outlanders.

Morrowind's and Oblivion's levelling systems are basically identical. Level scaling is not the levelling system. Even Morrowind need some level scaling tbh. Being level 20 is to be a God.

I'm shocked Dagoth Ur didn't comment on the presence of reference to ash mountain in skyrims dragon borne DLC, and the clear reference to the sixth house un-mourned or the vast population of Dunmer with the large collection of ash minions on Solstheim. I was expecting at least C tier.
Skyrim should have gotten an A. The Dragonborn expansion has Red Mountain in the distance, and the anniversary edition includes Dagoth Ur's mask. It's the closest you can get to having Dagoth Ur without actually having him.
To be fair, the Skyrim has the Mask of Dagoth Ur so, while it doesn't contain the great divine Dagoth Ur himself, it pays homage to him and I feel earns at least a C for that.
I don't think skyrims ranking is fair since it does feature red mountain in the background of the dragonborn dlc, as well as featuring the mask of Dagoth Ur in the creation club content included in the ultimate edition and therefore his visage. it is for these reasons that I believe skyrim deserves a B tier for barely adequate

You literally go to Red Mountain in Arena. The entire province of Morrowind is the game, so in terms of pure land area, Arena has more Morrowind than Skyrim does. Also, I'm pretty sure if you go to Red Mountain in Arena, it calls it Dagoth-Ur. Looking it up, it's the last dungeon before the final part of the game in the Imperial City (and thus one of the hardest parts of the game). Of course Dagoth Ur is going to rate the game that mentions him and shows his power so directly higher than Skyrim.

I'd rate it a B or a high C were I Dagoth Ur. Naturally, as it doesn't directly feature Dagoth Ur I cannot rate it higher than that, as clearly there is lots of care put into the consistency with Morrowind, particularly the Bloodmoon DLC

It's still up in the air whether the fandom considered creation club content to be canonical or not Personally in my opinion no I do not consider paid mods to be canonical
