- Hey welcome back. Today’s video is an update of my baby girl’s wash day routine. Now that’s she 6 months,1 I tweaked her routine to adjust to her growing hair. She no longer has dandruff so I stopped using the Happy Cappy shampoo on her. I also added Aloe Vera to her routine. Aloe keeps her hair super moisturized and helped with her dandruff. If you decid to use aloe on your baby, be sure to do a patch test first and I would suggest that you wait until her or she is at least 6 months old. I only use the Aloe 1-2 times a months. I’ve also switched her shampoo and conditioner to the Honey Baby. Which I absolutely love. If you have any questions please feel feee to drop it in the comments below. If you apply the leave in right after you rinse the conditioner out it’s better. Like while the hair is still soaked. You have more water to seal in and the leave in penetrates way better. Then just apply the oil when the hair has dampened.

No I didn’t experience any tangles really..I think doing a protective style more often on her will help with the tangles

My daughter is going on 5 months and her hair tends to get very dry the day after wash day. Would you recommend using the Camille Rose as a daily moisturizer? Or should I just use a little oil daily?
I wouldn’t use Camille Rose daily because it’s not formulated for babies... I would try coconut oil and water daily and see how that goes

Shea moisture first .. only once a week tho
Hi! I expecting my first baby girl and child ever at the end of September. Do you just air dry her hair? I am assuming blow dryer would be dangerous but I have seen some ppl use cool settings.
No I just air dry it.. I wouldn’t recommend using a blow dryer at all

Hi my baby just turned 3mo and I watched your 0-3 mon video. I would like to start that routine for her. She was born with super thick hair but is starting to thin out in the back. Do you recommend I do anything different since it’s started thinning?
No ma’am don’t do anything different... just start that regimen and the thinning should stop! Let me know how it goes... also put down a silk scarf where ever she lays her head
And you also might want to consider getting her a silk bonnet

I don’t do anything to her hair daily.. I leave it alone.. the only time I put anything in her hair is on wash day.. which is once a week

I started her on a routine when she was like 2 months.. and I started the satin bonnet when she was 3 months

Hi Victoria not yet on this particular regimen.. when my baby was 4 weeks I was just using the Shea moisture baby shampoo and a little tiny tiny bit of the Camille Rose leavein.. I was just using only those two products for the first 1-2 months

For you daughter once a week… your son I would do every other week

I wash her hair once a week.. and I apply moisturizer etc once a week.. which is on the same day I wash her hair
@@Lifewithcina_ aww ok that’s what I do for my son but the middle of his head getsss soooo dry 😩 and he has beautiful curly hair so I find myself oiling his hair 2-3x a week. I think I’m going to switch his shampoo and conditioner to the ones you use.

Yes to bonnets.. I started this routine at 3 months before then I just used shampoo and oil

I started using a grease called Softee.. that was the only thing helped my baby. You can try that. If that doesn’t work, you’ll have to experiment with different grease

I tried the shampoo and the conditioner.. I haven’t tried anything else.. but if you use it and makes your baby hair feel good, then by all means continue to use it
