Thanks brother. Got them!! Also got my ninja xl grill! Thing is sweet. Did steaks and bacon wrapped shrimp. It was fire. Want to try ribs tonight! Although its fish fry night here in Wisconsin
This kind of steak is already tender right so you don't need meat tenderizer to pound it? I just don't marinated with salt and pepper. There's alotsof wet Asian ingredients like soy, fish, oyster sauce plus cooking wine. I hope this kind of steak doesn't get mushy but still tender and juicy.
Correct, don’t need to tenderize it. I dry brine my steaks with salt for at least an hour before cooking. But using a wet marinade wouldn’t hurt anything. It’s all preferences

A medium rare fillet will probably always be my favorite, no matter how old I get😂
Lol! Right on!
Omg yum!
You have to try “Uncle Chris” steak seasoning it’s my fav! It’s made by Bolner (Fiesta)
No I haven’t, but I’ll look out for it!

Good Job CJ! But what am I doing wrong? Everytime I make a steak on my Ninja Foodie XL it looks a little grey. I'm using max temp also.
Try us using the high setting and cook less time.
I remove them at 105 and let them rest to 120 or 125. Perfect med rare.

CJ how do you clean your foodi grill? The top of mine seems to accumulate a lot of grease in the edges
Warm wet cloth and dawn powerwash. Thanks
What happened to the snazzy intro? I miss the"cooking, drinking, and all that goes along with it"
Trying to level up the channel and got some counsel that the intro was too long, so I gotta work on a new one.
I love the intro!
From Chef Emeril Lagasse: "pee cans" are what truck drivers use.
