Looks like a good chassis, but like a few others it takes a bit of fettling to get it right. I'm currently running an Xpress XQ3S at my local club, and it's going pretty well. The build was easy, with no real problems, and I've only broken the left rear body post and the right side spool outdrive (on the front, obviously), the steering knuckles are plastic but they are pretty beefy and strong....
Its so nice to be able to trust your rig to hold together. I know it took me awhile to trust that the car wasn't going to fall apart when driving aggressively.
I didn't like the Mi8 I had before this, I have a '25 X12 that I like, but I find the parts to be very expensive, never had any experience with the Awesomatix, and lastly, someone else at the track was getting the MS1.0. So, I figured it would be helpful to have another person there to bounce ideas off of and learn the chassis at the same time. Thanks for checking the video out!
@@quietrc I agree on the Xray parts price. Even in Europe, this remains expensive. And I understand the Yokomo now. Pooling the efforts is always an asset
Hooray for metaphors! (Love to see an Archer reference)
Your channel deserves to be bigger

Awesome build Rob!
Thank you!
Hi, nice clean and detailed video, as usual. What make you choose this Yokomo instead of an Xray, Awesomatix or Schumacher?
