What a beautiful comment. I am deeply touched. Thank you. I also post writings on my community tab, so feel free to check those out, too. Iʻm so glad my channel is helpful to you! This is all I hope for. With warmth and massive respect for your journey, Karuna
Woow. You are so smart. I had an NPD father and a traumatized (BPD?) mother. I developed depersonalization disorder. And a lot of times it felt like I enjoy constantly thinking about spiritual / out-there things, completely leaving reality. I think it has smthing to with self sabotage and procrastination. I guess when a goal of mine is "done inside me", I care less about actually phisically manifesting it.
Thank you for viewing: I hope this video supports a deepened understanding that helps release the grasp of dissociation, to better understand the origins. So important! It is, additionally, important to ground and own-to be in and reclaim a physical experience-which a person with dissociation can sometimes resist, simply because it feels so unnatural or foreign. Yet movement connects brain and body! On this note, here are three videos for grounding and lower body awareness. Fascinating regarding lower body connection. Outstanding. I’ve always been fascinated by the fantasy art women and their beautifully strong glutes, hamstrings. And I’m in the gym trying so hard to grow mine! I need a lot of work LOL. Thank you very much. I just found your channel a little while ago and I am a new subscriber
I so appreciate your content. The most relevant content I found in a long time. I’ve some suggestions for making your videos more watchable. The editing of the videos is making the transition from one sentence to the next too short. I understand editing is hard but if you can find a way to somehow introduce a longer pause between the video parts, it will make your video a lot more watchable. For example, if say you are concatenating part A and part B, you can let part A play for one more second, but without audio for that second. Or you can let part B play for one more second at the beginning without audio. This will make it seamless.
Meditation is great for this also. But maybe also try this type of meditation where you focus on what you can see, hear, smell, taste and touch. I think that one's great for dissociation. 😊 And for movies, maybe take breaks in between, if that's something you could do. Multiple breaks during a movie, and it should be fine. 😁
Thank you x1000!
I have never in my life watched something that resonates with me so deeply. Your channel is so important to so many people. Thank you for your work.

This is so important for me. U think meditation is also not good? For people have this tendency. Or even watching movies? Love from Portugal
