Add a tbs of corn starch to water and make a slurry when you add the spinach, it will thicken the cream up, also it's great to add some bacon bits to flavor at that time as well. We make this, the copycat Pasta Figole soup often too.

Be sure to RINSE all contents after opening these packages:))) My mother always did this therefore I have too. But my homemaking teacher obviously didn’t follow this practice and didn’t teach us her students either. Several years ago I happened to notice a black hair thru the cellophane wrap in the meat case so I took it up to the meat counter suggesting they may want to rewrap. The employee seemed offended so I told her I thought it might be better that I bring it to them instead of the manager and she softened her tone. Good grief.

I don't like to normally be a critic of people's cooking cuz everybody Cooks differently and everybody likes different things and everyone has a different way of doing things but the Olive garden soup I don't think should be cooked in a crock pot because you have to saute your vegetables and after they're done sauteing you add flour to get the thickness the soup that you made ended up being too thin and watery due to the process not being done correctly maybe next time try cooking it on the stove and you'll see the difference

Looks very nice, good job! But we pronounce in Italian gnocchi like this : knee-ohhh-key the G letter is silent much like lasagna and the ending Chi we pronounce in Italian like "key" sound. I make this same type of soup except I add 2 to 3 fresh San Marzano or sometimes a few Roma tomato chopped very fine and I sautee the onion first with garlic in a bit of olive oil then the rest. Buon lavoro e Buon Appetito a te! 👍
