I just made some..didnt freeze fruit...and it's really good and refreshing and simple. You can also add over ice. With just a few fruits u can make a gallon and spend less to buy a gallon of juice. I didnt have lemon salt, can u add regular salt? Either way I didnt add any salt and tastes great! One tip to add. Place mint leaves in hand and smack them with other hand..it releases the aroma and oils in mint.
No it wont, when u strain it all the thick peel parts are taken out. Plus its healthier getting all the nutrients from peel into juice. I just made some and kinda thought that too at first.

It is also known as citric acid or sour salt, and is commonly added to many foods and beverages as a preservative or for flavor. 😊
