EMU ULTRA - Easy split break with a cord. The start of the vid has no sound but shows that you can audition & drag & drop 16-bit WAV files into C6 Sysex Tool.
i found you because of some comment you left somewhere. I subbed because I used to be addicted to Nose Spray when I was in highschool. Thought I was the only one lol
Hi, All you need is a soundcard with midi out going to midi in on your EMU. Make sure your midi preferences are setup properly in FL under 'Midi options'. Then in FL - goto 'Channel>Add one>Midi out. On the Midi out channel set the port to 1 (its on 0 by default). So the Midi out channel will be on midi channel 1, port 1. Let me know if you get any probs. Cheers.
It deffo works better with an very accurately trimmed 1 bar break. You can adjust the sample start amount & find a key where it hits properly on the snare/kick/etc. Not sure about the 8/16 pieces - I will look into it next time I'm on the EMU. Cheers for the comment.
I have a E4XT Ultra and a E6400 Ultra and I have no idea how to use them. I can basically load a sample and trigger it via MIDI. I once did a sample dump via MIDI and was so proud of myself. No idea how to use cords. Any online tutorials out there?
Can you explain how to use the SLoop cord function? When I try to feed it an LFO the loop point only moves a few samples at most and the manual doesn't seem to clarify much as to whether the loop point is absolute or relative to the loop start point or.. ?
lalosporsche just by drawing in the notes on the computer. There is a note associated to kick/ snare / shuffle. I just draw in 16/th notes for the snare to create a roll/stutter.

LOL
im still addicted to nosespray. thanks for the sub !
I wonder if there is a way to slice it up with even numbers, like into 8 or 16 pieces. Perhaps using the clock divisors? Thanks for the vid !!

Not sure sorry - I would have thought setting Sloop to +100% would make it more effective. The manuals are not much help !!!
Go back and answer the question I asked you on MY video!
Hiw did you make this stuttering 3:20?
