You can also put the inner up first as you have a foot print at the side its a bit loose crocodile clips to tent add a thin guy rope.

Does the weight include the ground sheet?
@keithczechanski2625 Yes, everything ! The zipper bag is a REALLY nice touch! No stuffing into a sack that is really too small, this tent just lays in the zipper bag like a duffle bag! Make sure you purchase a couple of those clamps for the rainfly!
