When it comes to ranking air defence systems, it would probably be best to split them into categories based on the class and type such as short or long range and exoatmospheric because then its an apples to apples comparisons.
Seriously if Russian air defenses did not work then a big part of Russia including parts of Moscow would be a burning hell these days looking at the frequency of Ukrainian attacks throughout the armed conflict. Almost all of them do get intercepted by Rus defenses being unbiased. Arrow-3 is more intended for MRBS than all types of ballistic missiles, although Israel initially wanted to make it as an interceptor of nuclear warheads, but still has not worked out. These are on only on paper stats, the russian stats are especially so. I can come up with multiple videos that show the destruction of S-300 and S-400 systems by drones and ATACAMS where the systems did not reach their saturation limits. They’ve also been a danger to their own aircraft, because Russian IFF systems often don’t work. So, I wouldn’t put any Russian systems in the top three.

If that Storm Shadow or ATACMS isn't jammed and thrown off target maybe. Just because a thing isn't invincible (what is?) doesn't mean it doesn't work or it sucks. Superior Western weapons haven't managed to push the Russians back in any meaningful way and that's really the funny part. And they have actually captured ATACMS and Storm Shadows, they've even published videos of technicians taking them apart.
Why u fools have to lie so much, Russia has no trouble shooting down Storm Shadow or ATACMS. The only way Ukraine can have any success now is by trying to saturate Russian air defenses
They stopped every one that came to the places where the air defense systems are placed. It is difficult to cover every place depending on the size of the territory of Russia.

You do not need to destroy every projectile that comes to you. You need to calculate the risk-cost-benefit ratio & then let it hit the target. Repairing cost is way more cheaper than destroying it in the sky.

Myth of Iron dome busted few days ago…it turned out to be iron net with holes.
Iron dome in not design to destroy balistic missiles. Get your fact straight. That goes to the arrow air defence. But its expensive and israel have few arrows. Iran fired 440 balistic misiles. Usa interceptepted 12 , some fell in iran. The rest was intercepted by the arrow. Over 50 made impact. Which is not bad. But remember this is the largest balistic missil attac in all of history. 50 is still impresive. But iran only have 5000 balistuc missiles. Meaning only 200 can actuatly impact israel.

how do you know you understand david sling proved its failure why do you think david sling is the only interceptor israel fired??180 missile launched only 10-12 hits on military targets some of them landed in remote village or deserts.Why would the fire a missilion dollar interceptor when they found that the missile is going to land on low risk side.Missile defence is a tough topic than what media tells.
No they are actually successful but the problem was Iranians have fired over 240 supersonic ballistic missiles.
Iron dome is not soo effective to bring them down compared to Arrow 3 and david sling.
