I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the 4.4 mm because it’s just the right size, it’s not too bulky but it’s also not too slim and it fits in perfectly with any outfit and it’s just perfect. Does the baking soda w boiling water method work?
That’s what I’m gonna try next with some baking soda and aluminum paper hopefully it works cause I tried everything. Good luck.
@@gee1132did the baking soda trick work? Best bet is to cover the chain in baking soda, wrap it tight in aluminum foil but leave the ends of the foil open so water can flow thru, and put it in an ultrasonic cleaner with boiling hot water. The chain design is the reason for why it is hard to clean. The reason the chain tarnishes is because it needs to be stored in an airtight bag along with anti-tarnish strips. Also the chain should be cleaned somewhat regularly to avoid buildup of dirt and chemicals. Cleaning is simple. Place the chain in a Tupperware bowl and cover it with dish soap. Pour some boiling hot (distilled or filtered) water on and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Stir the chain around, scrub it with a toothbrush, wash it clean and wrap it in a towel. Air drying is not ideal. Even soft 999 silver tarnishes, but it does tarnish a bit slower than 925. Luke Zion chains are sometimes closer to being 950 silver, which is even better yet for tarnish prevention. Polishing cloths should be a last resort, because the cloths are abrasive and will remove the top layer of whatever is on the chain. Polishing cloths can increase overall shine by providing more of a silver mirror look, but this will come at the expense of dulling the icy white finish we all love. I believe the icy white finish is achieved through chemical and mechanical means that only the factory is capable of. Basically the chain goes through a process where the copper content leaves the outer surface and retreats back inside of the chain, leaving a frosted pure silver finish on the outside.
I really love the rock chains. The shine factor is truly unmatched, and the 5.5 mm is my fav width , but all are so shiny.

I like the look of the 3mm best. It still looks like it shines good but doesn’t look too bulky. I really like the way the light reflects off it gives it that icy look. 🔥🌊.
