The rabbits don’t change color. The color stretches and lightens the farther it gets. Love your rabbits! They are adorable ☺️
Yes, molting and environment change the look of color. I have a chocolate chestnut that now looks red. It's amazing!
Genetics are fun, but a headache if you let it become one. Lol.
I've always been told take thefemale to male because she is more territorial, but honestly I've done both with my angoras. I think angoras mello temperament makes them an exception to that rule.
I don't do Instagram so I hope you update here too. I like seeing babies. 🙂
Yes, I try not to get too caught up in the "science" of it :) I try to post regularly here too! Baby bunny video is coming.
Interesting. I have always been told to take the female to the male as the new cage will be a distraction. Good to hear that either way can be successful. Thanks for sharing.
I've learned over the years that everyone has they're opinions 😁 I have always done it this way with pretty good success.
She needs a little shirt with an arrow that says "This End Up". lol. Thank you for sharing your experience.
🤣😂 yes!
Have you found that any particular breed’s wool makes a softer final garment? Or that brushing means a softer final garment over cutting with scissors or electric trimmer?
Also, in one of your videos you mentioned possibly making a video talking about patterns that do well with 100% angora. Have you made that one?😊
Do you generally do a “rear trim” on the female before breeding to reduce wooly interference? Or just let them be in their current groomed state?
I don't trim them, and have never had issues. They seem to do just fine🙂
@@TailSpinFarm Thank you! I’m breeding for the first time and hoped they were going to do ok despite her being super fluffy!
