So there probably was a sink originally in that 'half bath'. But they took it out to accommodate the W&D, which was probably in the Florida room. So no longer a half bath without a sink.
First bedroom is not a bedroom legally because there is no closet. Half bath with no sink, is not a half bath!!!!! This is really a one bedroom, one bath house with a bonus room and a water closet.

I have rights and the pigs cant stop me from turning it into what I want, its my place and theres a bed in it which makes it a bedroom to me with dressers and a stand alone closet. Hell the sunroof has a washer and dryer so its a laundry room. God people are so stuck on doing what theyre told the 'proper' way, nobody has no imagination anymore haha.
