I dont know if they removed this but in 1.36 the Egypt monuments used to increase Decadence which was not great for my sweet Ottoman state
the borobudur temple should be put into A tier in my opinion. you can use it by accepting the province culture, and at level 3 you will be getting +1 max promoted culture, so it doesn`t even cost you a culture slot.
A recommendation: When you make a tier list, try putting an image portraying which monument/culture/religion/country/idea/whatever you're talking about in the right side of the video alongside their effects, so that the viewers can see and compare them for themselves. EU4 is a huge game, and not everyone keeps track of every single thing they come across while looking at the map.
People that play this game are such nerds. Like who bothers to memorize over 100 monuments? By the way, could you share the tier list so I can memorize the monuments ?

I feel like the ability for the City of Sarai to be moved makes it's regional movement speed bonus a bit more useful, as you could just move it to the theater of the next major war.
