If you just fast your body adapts and doesn't get hungry at breakfast and lunch. It takes a little bit of time but omad isn't hard for me now.

How do you guys mix all these ingredients together? Do you take them once a day? I am willing to mix these with smoothie in the morning. It wasn’t clear on talking them together and how often. The ingredients I am referring are psyllium husk, Glucomannan, Insulin, Flaxseed and chia seed.

It's so hard to know the truth now days even the Dr's. Bc u wonder if they have motives. Bc if u are unhealthy u r going to dr often. The only way to be healthy is grow ur own food. Had no idea that even things listed as organic is hidden with man made things that's make it hard for ur body to digest. SMH it's just crazy. I. Trying to find a diet and after reviews it's just hard to know which is best
Think twice before ordering products recommended by influencer. It’s just paid ads and they don’t even use the product. Colonbroom is scam and does not work. Read the reviews.

Just purchased Colon Broom and my purchase was for convenience. I scoop, stir, drink and GO! With my busy schedule I don’t have time to scoop psyllium husk powder, then open those tiny Crystal Light packets (hope it all dissolves in time for me to chug it).
I’ve tried plain psyllium husk powder and it’s disgusting and it activates too fast the glass before I can choke it down! The texture feels and smells gross! When I run out of my 4-month supply, I’ll buy MORE!😊
