I've been following you for a while and I absolutely love your videos! I love how honest and real you are. I make overnight oats every week and one of my favorite recipes is old fashioned oats, Frozen cherries, almond milk and cacao powder. It tastes like you're eating something unhealthy when it's actually very healthy! I don't add any additional sweetener because the cherries are sweet enough. I definitely get a lot of my recipes from you!❤
Dear HVM, how I love to listen and watch you preparing your lovely meals - you really do have this way of eating cracked and simple! I made your lovely soup in this video last week and it went down a storm from me and my meat eating husband BTW I didn't have a few of the veg but was able to use up a lot of my post Xmas veg which I was having a small problem using. I love your philosophy and exuberance ...😄Wishing you and yours a fantastic 2025 from a Scottish lass living in England!
@ that’s me too - only one here. Know your staple foods, always keep them in stock and never run out. This way you can throw together easy meals in minutes.
hello~ I have only seen one other video. But you have inspired me to keep more frozen stuff. Cause its easy and the food is hearty and warming and lovely to eat. And its really just simple. Thank you. The frozen veg makes all the difference for ease of eating this way. I am going to freeze a bunch of grain (brown rice and such in 1 cup serving sizes.
Another awesome video Tia. Good to have goals not new year's resolutions(people usually break them by the end of January). Yummy 😋 food as always. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕 Tia & family.
Hi I'm subin from south korea I'm really interested in plant based diet and I found your channel and it's so helpful all your recipes seems really delicious I think I can lose weight really fast and happy always thank you for your recpies❤
For those who don't wanna add sugar, you can add cacao or carob powder ! Not only it makes it creamier, but it also adds a sweetness to it! I love that combination!
Szia ! 😊
I think it is great that you can maintain weight loss using white rice. I always thought that white rice being high glycemic is an easy weight gainer, but when you pair it with legumes and veggies it benefits weight loss.
I do not, it back fires on me. It definitely has great health benefits; however, for weight loss it is not needed. Like I mentioned ruined for me it back fired and I get so hungry I end up eating so much food that I eat more calories and put myself in a surplus. But if you find it works for you that’s great.
That's the opposite that happened to me! I was prediabetic prior to being plant-based, and it's all back to normal now! You're seeing carbs, i'm seeing fiber.
@@HealthyVeganMama before being plant based? I was a vegetarian hooked on cheese, and chocolate. I came a long way. Been vegan for years now, but I'm more of a nutritarian truly, no processed food at all.
I'm ready! Please keep the cintent rolling. Im going all in on making your meals! Im also finally going to get the sauce recipe book if it is still available!❤🥕📗
I love that your meals are realistic. They are easy to make. And they taste good. That is what I need to keep it up.
Thank you so much!

Does she eat/like vegan meals?
@@mrscliquot yes sometimes. But she, my son and husband don’t typically eat vegan/plant based outside of the home.
@ i feel that im alone trying to be vegan with family of non-vegans. So hard

Happy holidays!

Yeah it’s fine for weight loss. Brown is more nutritious and has more fiber…but sometimes I just don’t want brown ya know 😂
Can you tell me what is your brand of choice for nutritional yeast? I’ve bought some that I didn’t like
Hi, love your easy recipes! Where did you purchase that big bag of edamame? Thx for sharing. 😊
Hi. I get mine from Whole Foods.
I love all your meals, I was wondering do you ever eat potatoes'? Thank you.
Hi Tia. Is there a way to prep the oats to stop them having a slimy texture? I love oats but I find I can't stand the texture of overnight oats.x
Meal prep without the milk, then add the milk before you are ready to eat.
How long do you heat the rice? I stopped buying frozen rice because I hated having to heat an entire bag
Do you heat oatmeal up in morn then?
Hi Tia I was wondering if you do intermittent fasting and what do you think about that?
I do not, it back fires on me. It definitely has great health benefits; however, for weight loss it is not needed. Like I mentioned ruined for me it back fired and I get so hungry I end up eating so much food that I eat more calories and put myself in a surplus. But if you find it works for you that’s great.
I’m starting vegan because of the health benefits but overwhelmed changing gears & you help so much!!! I feel prepared to eat yum!
Sure
Hello from the Netherlands, Yvonne here could you tell how much gram oat an american cup is? Thank you!
❤
I think she is a great helper! One tip
You should say please when asking her.
Your daughter is so beautiful
Thank you
I would be full blown diabetic if i ate all these carbs
Loaded with nutrition without the fat from eating animal flesh.
I was pre diabetic before eating this way. Now, I’m great 😊 but you need to do what’s best for you. Happy New Year.
That's the opposite that happened to me! I was prediabetic prior to being plant-based, and it's all back to normal now! You're seeing carbs, i'm seeing fiber.
@ we’re you eating only whole plant foods? Or did you have oil and “vegan” prepackaged foods?
