Seeking Guidance - short term memory problems
I'm interested in starting a stack but I need some guidance. My situation is, that I've been having short-term memory problems lately and I do have some upcoming studies that I need to focus on.
So far what I have researched about are:
L theanine
L tyrosine
L-threonate magnesium
Lions mane
Ashwagandha
Alpha gpc
Gingko Biloba
I was thinking about L theanine in the evening & Lions mane, Gingko Biloba during the day. Also seen videos on Neuro-Mag that I like but will be too much to add that on top I think?
What do you guys recommend?

Why my brain does not feel clear; always have dull sharp pain behind both eyes and appear like drunk ? Know the reason ? Very much worried about this 🙃🙃🙃

If you have free healthcare, schedule an mri.

But I agree though. If you practice all the tips Jim taught and take complete care of your brain, that pain might go away.
Though if it’s still there, or it feels like it’s something not normal, then you might need to ask a medical professional’s opinion.
