Hi. Yes effectively. Very few enzymes will have any significant rate of reaction at 0oC. Also, this graph really applies to enzymes found in humans but the shape of the graph applies to enzymes from other species.
@@Freesciencelessons Alright. I thought there would still be some reactions being catalysed as at 0°C the enzymes would still have some kinetic energy to collide with substrates. Is it because the activation energy barrier is still not broken at 0°C even with enzymes?
He doesn't do A level physics videos unfortunately. I'm in the same boat as you since Im doing A level physics and just started looking at uncertainty :)
Give it time, this will get views when exam season arrives
Thank you for making this video, it's very helpful.
Thank you, I really needed this
Do a revision on heart sir🙏
This is sooo helpful tysmm
Hi sir do you have a video on factors affecting membrane structure and permeability?
Sir have you completed A-level chemistry playlists?
Thanks you so much
Is this Playlist also covering cie as level biology?
why does he usually have comments off on his a level videos?
so students dont get distracted and constantly scroll to the comments during the vid lol
Legend
why does the Q10 double? if its 30/20 in your example?
Because you work out the rate of reaction at 30 degrees and divide it by the rate of reaction at 20 degrees. So it’s RoR at 20(+10)/RoR at 20
Is the rate of reaction 0 when the temperature is 0°C? This is what your graph shows.

for A level physics could you please do one of uncertainty questions? Thanks >_>

it my exam season for 2 moths😢😢😢😢
