Chicken Enchilada Dip

  • Crockpot size: 5 quart
    Ingredients:
    28 oz. red enchilada sauce
    2 chicken breasts
    1 taco seasoning packet
    15 oz. black beans (drained & rinsed)
    15 oz. corn (drained)
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/3 cup green onions
    Directions:
    Add red enchilada sauce, chicken breasts, taco seasoning packet, black beans, and corn into crockpot. Cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 6-7 hours. Shred chicken and add sour cream, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Cook for additional 15 mins. on high. Enjoy!

    These are my recommended ingredients. However, feel free to add or remove ingredients you feel may best compliment the dish :)
