I didn't get accepted :/ I'm in McMaster currently, which is still a good university. It's just crazy to me that I had the perfect grades in highschool and it boiled down to lottery in admission. They said that though I was a good candidate there were way too many people applying. But this shouldn't discourage anyone, admissions change every year, and I am planning to apply for a transfer soon!
Yeah you'll be fine. I go to McGill and don't speak a word of French. It's definitely helpful and convenient if you know conversational French but definitely not necessary :)

I also had that, it doesn't mean anything. Just wait a couple of weeks and it'll be fine. It just means they didn't make a decision yet.
