I think i need that keyboard layout, having extra button under spacebar is good for me who play mmo games a lot, so I can bind that extra button to any others key which my left hand finger cant reach it but I know, for FPS gamers, that button is useless, even F1-F12 button. and I dont know why you said macro key on competitive games is considered as cheating? if it script capable macro yes, but I think that keyboard cannot do the script
I just checked the web based software you can bind Basic Characters, Media Control Symbols, RGB Control , Special Characters, and Macro ( haven't tried if this works) on the extra keys under the spacebar. I got banned in Dota 2 before by having a macro that goes like F + Click + Tab + F + Click + Tab + F + Click+ Tab +F Click + Tab . I'm just speaking from experience and warning other people. For FPS you can macro something like no recoil or doing something instantaneous.
@@khensationalReviews I played dota too, but I only rebind extra button to the button is harder to reach, like F1, etc. and in others mmo, i did that too, especially when the game have lot of skill, and the skill is too much till you need to press hard to reach key like J, K, L etc. but I never heard you can get banned in dota because you bind the macro to do repetitively pressing F - click - tab. my friend set the key to do auto shop too, and he never got banned, and you can even do that your bind with console command too (so definitely the dev allowed it even you dont have macro keyboard) In some logitech, razer keyboard, mouse, and. Even standart button (a,b,c,d, tab, space, enter, etc or left click, right click, thumb 1, thumb 2 on mouse) you can put script on it to do like no recoil. sure I consider it as cheating, because you just press 1 button and it help you to spray with less recoil as possible
my guy, those are macro buttons....they default to media but it not their intended purpose. it like if u buy a razer naga and complain the side button is a numpad
The whole selling point of the nuphy field 75 is that its 75% but WITH the 8 extra macro buttons

that will work I can bind stuff to the buttons under the space bar. Actually can be used for courier for example which is nice.
very nice - I only hate how it looks :/ would rather have smaller keyboard that the extra buttons
Check out their Air60 HE. This might be an acquired taste too since it's low profile. Not sure how people gonna like their upcoming keyb.
