Given the new Crusher’s high finesse, I run RIGHTEOUS Fury as the keystone, with bleed and damage reduction on crit. It is superb. You get more than enough crit uptime from Fury for permanent damage reduction. Also for non-crushers I find charged heavy1-light combos have higher DPS than charged heavy1 chaining. For horde I’ve been using push attack-heavy-light-light-light-repeat
it is absolutely fun. bonks heads quick and fast even without charging, about like a tactical axe. combat axes still hit harder, but they don't do what this thing does when charged: throw even crushers flat on their asses. that makes it excellent against the mauler spam.
this weapon is amazingly good. All you zealots that like throwing yourself into the fray this weapon is for you. Find yourself completely surrounded by Maulers and Crushers? Just spam special light. If you go Crity/Fury builds you can bleed out everything while CC'ing at the same time, plus it does great weakspot damage. Once you learn the attack patterns this thing shines.
The spam power light was even better pre-patch. Pre-patch, I could do slide+power+light all day and swim in the horde, and every mob is on the floor. Now they nerfed the blast radius; it's not so fun now. And I found it interesting this club gained attention after the patch.
@@tianxiu I mean i used it a little before the patch and I thought it really didnt perform well. It had some gimmick use with AOE stun that was larger but the damage it put out was laughable. This is only from my perspective though
@@TV-wb2cn I totally agree on your criticism about the "laughable damage" part. Because when mobs roll over two-three times and still don't die, it is really laughable.
It's really powerful. You kill a bulwark quickly by opening the shied with the special, heavy move with special on the head, light hit on the head again. The weapon does really good damage now and flings dead corpses rather than ragdoll live enemies. I don't even bother with martyrdom. It's powerful enough. I recommend adding in the follow up light single hit after a charged single heavy hit to do damage faster.
This is my favorite build in the game currently, just insanely fun to play. Anything mobile for the ranged weapon also is so fun. Revovler, las-pistol, auto-pistol
Been getting frequent 800k damage auric missions with this baby and a bolter on my side. Very strong pick for controlling crowds, makes these mauler and rager swarms a non-issue, and bolter or a revolver will take care of the crushers. The crusher also staggers virtually any enemy with the charge, which means it opens up bulwarks and knocks down reapers, and it has very good boss damage if you can hit the noggin.
The constant stream of crunchy headshot sounds of a crusher tearing through shambler hordes has unlocked a new type of dopamine for me, I'm pretty sure That and being able to consistently wombo-combo bulwarks and reapers
@@frostnovawinterscar9924 yeah sure but what's the point if the normal bolter already exist. High recoil and big damage, if anything the revolver already fill this case.
@@TemplarBlack. I agree tbh, if they add bolt pistol they'd have to make sure it stands out from regular bolter and the revolver without just being a better version of either
Are the qurios in the linked build right? You seem to have to many wounds with none wound-qurios, no? Edit: When I first watched the video and linked build it had hp qurios. It is changed now :)
Definitely using 3 wound curios in the video. Personally I'm still trying to find any argument for going Martyrdom at all. Never feels like I'm ever using it to the full potential because most of the time you're trying to keep your health up in Auric missions, so most of the time I barely feel the bonuses. I'm still favoring Inex. Judgement and momentum. There's a lot of nodes that we can take that grant bonuses on dodge that just feel nice to constantly have up.
@@Nick-ld6nzmartyrdom is a more consistent buff for the boss fights or when you get a lot of specials/elites spawned. In the more difficult fights you might have 10 stacks of inex but generally have 3-4 wounds missing.
What graphic settings are being used here for this amazing visibility? Everything is much darker and it's like enemies...blend in with the environment more. Will fiddle around with settings when I got time later anyway, but if anyone can give specifics, that'd be appreciated :).
Very late reply, but stamina is also consumed when you’re blocking attacks or pushing. As long as you regenerate a little bit of the bar, you can at least do a push for breathing room into a special attack.
your videos are great, but do you mind adding a description of the weapons you are using as well as their blessings and perks? the weapons can vary so much based on those that it would be useful to know. some weapons like the recon las were basically only good if you had a specific blessing build with them
the zealot is really fragile right now,hit by a normal zombie two or three times will break the toughness…as a front line melee class that is really challenging
You have insane access to a lot of toughness regen, by the time you get hit a second time you should have all your toughness back, if you don't then you either cannot control a crowd or you don't dodge, both are a player's skill issue not a game issue.
the manly urge to charge at extradimensional demons with a funny club that goes boom.
I love the little moments of quiet confusion you have with the enemies sometimes. "What is that sniper aiming at?" "What is this ogryn doing?"

I’ve been playing with the Crusher since the update and it’s the only weapon I love just as much as Thunder Hammer. Extremely satisfying.

14:24 nice -rocket- poxbusterjump. I wonder how it can be used
its always sad when you run out of stamina to block push
14:25 awesome ahah
Reminds me of VT2 weapons, with a push attack involved in combos. Nice to have stagger back on the menu
19:00 I see the zealot brain took over cause you took way too long to throw a stun grenade
bonk bonk bonk ! this crusher is so fast , i wish we had that speed on the crucis II
Alright you convinced me to try the Crusher again.
Wish we had another pistol to play with. Revolver is getting boring now and i just dont feel using the las pistol. Kinda unsatisfying to use
Just give fatshark another year. We'll get there!
What would you implement ? I don't really see what kind of pistol we can add

1:11 what was bro doing there?
What do you bind your crouch button to? I'm currently using left alt but it's a bit hard to back slide.
bind crouch and dodge to spacebar
The C or V buttons are also common choice, C being the one I run.
I just use ctrl. Alt is a stinky button for stinky people.
oh man I love yhe gravity hammer from halo 3
aww you put me on to this but just figured that its always been like this since your last video

Think i found it - turning Ambient Occlusion and Ray Tracing off seems to have done the trick. Bit less pretty, but far for visible, everything is :)
what are good blessings for the crusher?
Question: why do you stack stamina regeneration? It seems a useless stat to me. Is it purely for running away from hordes?

How u do fast? Teach me that movement skill,,!
also am i hallucinating or does your zealot say "owo what's this" at least twice in this video? (one example being here 28:54)

find it a little odd you take martydom but you dont let yourself get stacked on purpose and stay at low hp
