dodge ram key fob remote fix part 2 of 4

This may not work for all remotes. If your transmitter is weak which can be tested at a locksmith or at Dodge than you will need a new cct board and will have to have it programmed. see part 4 of my videos

Thanks man this video helped a great deal on some 4-year old remotes. The original glue (black-ish color) holding the contacts to the rubber pad was almost liquified. Cleaned it all up with rubbing alcohol and taped the silver contacts onto the board, reassembled, no issues!!

I ordered new FOB's tried to program them but couldn't get them to pair. Then I saw this video & in a matter of minutes I took the old circuit board, cleaned the contacts, put it in the new FOB and it works like new. Thanks! Paid $22 for two FOB's.

KC I am glad this worked for you! Mine only worked like this for a bit longer and then I eventually had to get some new ones programmed. If they eventually stop working see my other videos in the series. Good luck my friend

The ZON they can be found - Amazon. Try to search by model year and hope it's close or try to get an OEM part. Some of the imports are a little different dimension.
