I LOVE rosemary! I grew 3 plants of it this year. I took one in to try and keep it alive over the winter because I love cooking woth it. So far, it's doing well. My rosemary plant in garden is pretty big. I'm hoping it'll come bavk in the spring. I didn't want to dig it up and bring it in because I didn't want to risk killing it! I did put mulched leaves at the base of it, though. We'll see in the spring if that was enough.
I grew beets in my GreenStalk this year Finally after trying last year. They are getting big. Broccoli is an issue for me but still trying. ❤ thanks the encouragement.
Hello Barbara, I know what you mean about the Lemon Balm and the Rosemary, I have harvested some and letting it dry 😌💗🌱🌱👍🏽👍🏽 TFS, and I enjoy your videos Happy Gardening
Wood ash would be a great thing to collect for the garden to transplant starts with a mix. I’m mad cause I grew my broccoli in spring it started to head two weeks ago and now it fine flowered 😢 but imma keep trying just a different variety
Your eucalyptus looks amazing. What do you do with it ?? How old is that plant? Shoot I’m an old person I have those crazy days all the dang time. 😂Girl I just keep on pushing. Broccoli for a big WIN👏🏾🥦Have a Blessed Weekend Barbara
@ I kind of figured you would be making eucalyptus oil. I love eucalyptus might have to try growing me a couple of plants. In the new year I decided to start growing more essential plants I can use for medicinal purposes starting with calendula. You have inspired me to grow eucalyptus. I love the idea of putting it in my shower…..not to mention I just love the earthy smell of eucalyptus. Oh yeah I can see me adding eucalyptus leaves to my candle making projects. And speaking of making candles have you started making candles yet? You mentioned that in your “Q and A” video. I was paying attention😂
@@TRTGCbyjroed I have not been successful with calendula at all-going to keep trying. That is on my list for sure. And speaking of candles-I have!! I have found me a new hobby lol-wait to you see my video! It is much easier than I ever imagined. But I sure did not know you could add eucalyptus leaves..I am not that advanced yet!
Yes I watched that video when your hubby was building it. Turned out great ~ nicely done👏🏾👏🏾

Rosemary does well in the cold weather and will survive where I am but your area may get too cold. I hope it stays!!

Hi Sheila! Thanks for stopping by! That is great on your herbs.
Everything looks great, ma'am. I need to go outside and talk to my garden, encourage it to grow, and show me what it can do.

I have never used wood ash in my garden but always heard you could. I know it is high in phosphorus. Have you done it before?
