So much value. Thank you for being so concise and precise.
I’ve been waiting for a video like this! Thank you so much!
I've been binge watching your videos since Friday 😊
Thank you! Glad you like them!
Before I ask for your help, I just want to say that I find your explanations very clear and engaging. With that said, I was wondering if you could create a video tutorial on how to install root on an Android S21 Ultra or S22 Ultra. Thank you very much!
Thanks a lot man! What a content! Been waiting you to post for a while
David I love you. I have a us T-Mobile OnePlus 7T that was my wife's old phone. I put lineage on it and never touched it again. I will be trying this out now. Thank you. It's been about 4 years since I started watching your videos to see where I started and where I'm at now I honestly don't even believe it myself sometimes.
Did u succeed? , pls let me know , also if possible , what has gone wrong?
No unfortunately I bricked my phone. I'm in the U.S and got T-Mobile tho so there's extra hoops I gotta jump thru
@@nishanthn9266 nethunter on the phone kinda sucks tho. If you have another device like a laptop or something I suggest using that
Thank you so much for this, this is high quality for free . You're the best David.
one of the best channel ever!👍 I really love watching all your videos😍
I've been on the Android modding community since I got my first Android and it's interesting to look back at how the process has evolved. I still remember when Magisk was first launched, the system-less root era 🤩
I still remember having to ask HTC for the bootloader unlock code for the Desire C most people won't understand how powerful root used to be

I even thought people were gonna be saying the opposite like "oh so you've been always poor cuz you've always had an Android" or something like "you're old" definitely didn't expect this 😂
Great tutorial. Very thorough and done very securely (as far as important precautionary steps). 👍
he tells people to unlock oem before telling them it will erase all their data lol
This is awesome, I actually did something very similar to a Pixel 3 using linux to get root and payload dumper as I'm building a lineageOS rom and trying to work on getting Ubuntu Touch, process is basically the same on debian
I did everything twice because I didn't upgrade the kernal but my second attempt I was able to achieve my goal thank you for the video
For me, you explained it the best yet, thanks a lot!
Glad to hear that!
Only teacher!!...Who can explain everything in just simplest way.... ❤️❤️❤️
I learn a lot from your videos 😊
Happy to hear that Muhammad!
I've been waiting for a long time, finally you made a video
Thank you! After 2 days of reading and watching videos about rooting, this was the video that made it work! Clear and concise. 👍👍👍
Glad it helped!

Great instructions just got my Oneplus 7 pro rooted. I ran into a couple issues but they were fault of my own. If I would of followed instructions accordingly I would’ve saved hours of frustration. 😂😂
Nicely explained, rooted devices are a most for android app pentesting and mobile app pentesting. I am hiring since 5 months in Canada, but I am not finding a single candidate with at least 30% of job requirements.
Didn't you miss mentioning an important thing? Some phones cannot have their bootloader unlocked; others require getting a special code from the manufacturer. So it's important people know in advance whether they can even do this at all before trying and failing. Also useful for people to keep in mind when getting a new device, as some will be unlockable some will not be.
THIS should be pinned
he is telling people that this tutorial is only for nethunter trusted devices (aka devices that can be unlocked)
you can unlock any device, even without a code.
@@moonselanac357 Tell me how than. I want to unlock my huawei p20. but i cant
We can see how much effort you have given for this video...much appreciated

You're welcome!
I just rooted my phone using this video, thanks for the video
sacrificed
my old pixel 3 to try it out. The screen doesn't detect any touch now lol. Gotta figure out how to fix that. But everything else has worked. Amazing!
Rooting should always be an option on Android, or at least, the offering of a model "root friendly" of a brand. Root may be risky for some things, but the advantages of rooting are enormous as well. I always search for rooting possibilities before buying a cellphone.
OnePlus is a very Root friendly phone. Same for Pixel phones.
Totally agree with you, it should come in the device settings to be able to root your phone and of course the option to disable it.
David , love you from sudan ❤
Thank you! Fantastic to have Africa represented :)
Absolutely an awesome individual. Thank you for inspiring everyone to keep digging. Any info on rooting a galaxy S7 would be great. Thank you again.
I love to see you rooting Tecno spark 8c
I got a oneplus 7t pro so this video should help me with my device thanks for releasing the video
Thanks bro I really like your tutorials I was waiting for this specific tutorial 😁
Hope you enjoy the video and learn something :)
Please I need root for huawei p30 pro and huawei p30 lite
David, can you confirm in your next video if the injection works on the internal Wi-Fi of the phone? Also, is it safe to use the Kali Nethunter marketplace on Android? I tested it, but it was buggy, and some of the apps could be malicious. I specifically bought the LG V20 H990DS for Nethunter because it has many features, such as an Infrared (IR) remote signal recorder and a removable battery. I would be grateful if you could make a video about rooting it, as it is the ultimate phone for pentesting when paired with Nethunter.
We need more people like you in this world ♥
I have some old smartphones that I've been wanting to make into little Linux computers.
Thanks for the tutorial!

It's EXTREMELY BOTHERSOME to use kali on your phone, even if it is on the supported list (speaking from personal experience). So much trouble that i decided to buy a raspberry pi and hook it up on a powerbank and make it a portable kali linux machine that i connect via ssh with my phone, and i dont regret it one bit.
yep pluss at the moment the kali metapackages are all messed up for nethunter . alot of people cant even apt update anymore on nethunter
lol

David. Can you help me "hack" my f@st 3890v3? I have to create a reverse shell without success. Its my own device and I really would like to make full use of it. The cablehaunt exploit explains much about this docsis modem. How in where can one inject code to it?

Dear Mr. David, Shall I root the OnePlus Nord N100 the way you demonstrated in the video or there are some differences to do so? Thank you so much.
Your knowledge is Awesome
I'm from India
It's interesting to see how this was done without using a custom recovery.
Thank you for the video. Great content, as usual.
It's the peasant way, espacially for a phone where TWRP and other custom recoveries are available
@@Jbrimbelibap
Right? The method was quite tedious compared to simply using a custom recovery meant for the device, as the device actually has one.
@@ekeretteekpo3004 Yeah patching the boot image in the magisk app is what you do on newly released Xiaomi phones with no TWRP yet, or something along those lines
Buen video, útil para no dañar el celular con algún error xd Gracias 🌄🌠
Thanks for the explanation. Did anyone ever tell you, you look like 007 Sean Connery.
This has been an outstanding explanation. Sir can you make a video for a Samsung phone?
This has been very informative, my question is which NetHunter package is compatible with Huawei android phone.
Great video as always David.
I am wondering have you any idea on how to root a samsung galaxy note 5 ?
Very Nice Sir. I am from India 🇮🇳
This is really impressive. I would appreciate if you can demonstrate on how to root a Google Pixel 3a device. Thank you in anticipation.
Thank you, Great content as always. It would be really appreciated if you could show how to do this on a non community supported model, e.g. a galaxy A72 or smth. If you could explain how to create a custom kernel and such. 🙏🏼
true i mean most of the "supported phones" suck
I remember trying to run Nethunter on Poco F3 ... I had to install nethunter kernel while running ArrowOS, though I guess it would work on other ROMs, but this is what worked for me with TL-WN722N ... even though Poco F3 isnt officially supported, it still worked, but the phone was no longer capable of being a daily driver, because it was rebooting randomly and freezing when switching wifi ... Ive had some success hacking my employers network, I could send commands as admin, but I wasnt able to see the response ... as Iam not really skilled in this and was just doing this for the fun, I got bored and reinstalled PixelExperience to get my phone fully working again as a daily driver
I live in Ethiopia, but when I see your content, I feel like I am in the US. Do you know why? Your videos keep me up to date with the latest technology. Thank you, I appreciate it
