I am not so sure but there is bakery near my house so as per my knowledge "the choice of ingredients should be very fine because this is the main game like for chocolate cake you can't use ordinary chocolate you have to make chocolate from yourself from scratch" and the cake I use to buy from from the bakery which is near my house also use same technique and I have observed it from myself that if I leave that cake overnight without any fridge just in normal environment it still looks same in the morning I hope your doubt is clear

Spoiler alert ‼️ their pastries are way too overrated and overpriced for the average taste flooded with sugar and ordinary quality of ingredients tbh also the lady is pretty rude with the customers !
