What especially mesmerized me was those scissors that were used to cut the packaging ribbons, to give them that signature notch?? SUPER cool to see, I had no idea such a thing existed edit: wait no, that's just the process of folding the ribbon before cutting it, HAHA. It was just done so swiftly and efficiently, I thought there were specific shears for the notch

One thing that stood out to be is you use less is then other cafe video I watch. I really like that your not cheating you customers with only giving them a little. Like the other video I have watched they fill the whole cup with ice and give very little of the product. I also, really like your cakes and how creative you are with them and your pastries, there really beautiful.

Hi there. First of all amazing video showing the coffee shop, awesome cakes and coffee, nice an esthetic. I just want to highlight your coffee portafilter problem it has leaking between the group head and the portafilter, this can occur from different reasons first and most common problem is the portafilter not being original (comes with the machine). It's not a huge problem but this can affect the coffee flavor and may cause channeling in the portafilter making the coffee taste bitter and unpleasant, I would recommend changing the portafilter to a more fit or even custom made portafilter made just for that machine. The second problem may be the "O" ring in the group head, it may be old or even just dirty, you could change it before changing the group head so it will be a cheap fix. Again not trying to complain just recommend you do it for a better tasting coffee :)
Really loved this video! What a pity soo much plastic is used in this industry. I wish companies would go out of their way to find sustainable alternatives. Anyway, still an awesome vid
