  • Someone asked for a tutorial on how to embrace your feminine features so I thought I'd give you two options: Light Feminine and Dark Feminine. And you know I'm gonna talk you through how to do each look depending on your personal facial features 🙌🏻 Hope you enjoy! ❤️

Kudos on trying to pronounce 'prisme libre' correctly! As an English person, who speaks fluent French and lives in Germany, I am alternately highly entertained and frustrated at English-language You Tubers who can't pronounce French product names, French ones who mangle the English ones - and Germans who can't pronounce either! 😂😂😂 God bless them all; my accent's not perfect either. Thank you for your great videos.

Found your channel recently and now can't stop binge watching. I really love how natural and sincere you are on camera and go straight to the point, but allow yourself to fool around a little. I like your sense of style and true understanding of what you're doing. Especially your work with colour, it's just stunning.
Maybe you could do sort of an opposite of this video? I don't want my make up to look feminine, but I want it to be bright, colourful, geometric with sharp edges, contrast, all in all - a statement. But I don't want to go full body art vibe, I want this to be a make up that you can wear in the daytime and don't look too much out of place on the street.
Also, some theory on how to make geometric shapes with minimum blending work on different eyes would be great. I personally have hooded eyes and low brow, but I would watch any video you'll make anyway, I just love your inner artist.
And French names of products really ARE something… Lots of love from Russia! 💖

I am LOVING LOVING LOVING the soft feminine look.on you. Obviously I love both. And I know you like a more dramatic look then softer, (and I love that when you do them it makes me brave to try them too!) However this soft look on you is so incredibly feminine and light and pretty and gentle. I hope you wear it as one of your daily looks sometimes. I also really really appreicate seeing you in other shadow colors than the warm brown tones..(which look great on you btw). I notice you use them in a lot of your video's, I really appreciate seeing how different colors have a different effect and vibe. I'd love to see you do a video playing with less neutrual colors so i can learn not to be afraid of non neutruals too. Thanks for always teaching me the best tips and tricks . Just entering into make up and You're an awesome teacher

Dark feminine for the win! That's what I prefer on myself as well.

Hello Alexandra, the 2 sides are very pretty but I have a preference for the dark side with the red lips. Oh and bravo for the pronunciation of "Prisme libre" (I'm French).... Thank you for this tutorial

This was SO fun and inspiring. Thank you for making more technical makeup wayyy more approachable and fun with your Daria-esque big sis energy.
I would love to see this side-by-side concept with a “Corporate Job Interview: Rebel vs. Conformist” So really just like a polished professional look, but one for the bold babes and another for the understated cool girl. Both boss b*t he’s ready to slay the 3 round interview Olympics.

I love using my blush on my eyes and then ad sparkle even better if the blush has a little highlight. I use brown mascara cause that's flattering for me. Filling in my brows helps me too.

Hey Alex, maybe you can do a makeup series based on the 7 face essences. I'd love to see what you come up with. Also, congrats on your brush!

As a French person, I always feel so grateful when people try their best to say a few words in French ! It is a difficult language so any attempt at speaking it is very much appreciated. 🫶🏻

I've been so drawn to the dark feminine recently because it feels like its somewhere in the spectrum of femininity and masculinity, something that embraces the energy of creation, intuition, and the unknown to take control of them to control situations in the tangible world

I was actually considering asking you for a eyeshadow look with light colours because dark colours just don’t really work for my really deep set eyes, so this was really helpful! ❤ I get that the light colours aren’t really you😘 but I would definitely love more light coloured tutorials❤️
Really love your channel! You really helped me figure out how to do makeup again after a long postpartum period where I hadn’t used any. I felt that my face had changed so much that I couldn’t figure out how to place anything 😅 so thank you 😊

Thank you for teaching me! I like this a lot and I'd love to see two things. 1) a side-by-side of how you used to create your eye look and how you now usuallly do your eyes (more angled with a wing). Both looks are gorgeous and I'd love to learn in detail how you create them. 2) make up tips and tricks for a youthful 55-year-old. I have strong bone structure and love playing with make up and I want to be good at defining my nice features without overdoing/looking harsh. Thanks!
