Hi Robbie Been looking at new boats. sailaways... now that you have been living on the canals for a while and seen some of the good, bad and even the ugly... what would you recommend to someone about to buy a sailaway. I see so much stuff on the net, people saying that this is good, and this is good and this is good. but I need good and cheap. I am looking for a 45-55ft trad. Is there any builders that you like the look of, any super deals that you have heard of. I am in the Linconshire area... have you heard of ABC Boats in Boston? (any good?) Cheers
That’s the trouble everyone’s got an opinion haven’t they! XRND boatbuilders in Mansfield would be my choice at present if I could afford to even think about it but I’ve not really shopped around they just seemed really friendly and the work looked to be top notch when I visited this month. I would say avoid living aboard whilst doing it up - I know Journey with Jono has done just that, and with a dog and work too but he’s a one off, I couldn’t do what he’s done! 8^)
Thanks, I'll have a look at them. And I know what you are saying. I converted a bus, whilst living in it and traveling. That was not to bad, as I could park in the hardware stores car park and do stuff. need a part, walk in and buy it. But with a boat, not as easy. Would like to find a house with an 'end of garden mooring'... but till then I would need to find a marina, that did not mind if you worked on it there. More like what "Colin Jaques - Narrowboat Build" is doing, but have it in the water, so I can go camping in it for some odd days, till it was done. (I wish my carpentry skills were as good as his). What's your views on motors, and gear boxs. I like the look of the Isuzu and the PRM 150. but once again it's just one persons view, and the fact that I have driven a few Isuzu trucks and found them to be reliable. Cheers
Just go with your gut then as it sounds like you already have a preference. I would love a much more powerful engine like a marinised Volvo like my mate Sam had in Knottingley last year, be great to have a little extra for the big rivers. But when you can only do a few mph on the canals it can be a problem apparently as diesel engines like to operate at around 75% (although I might be wrong about that) to stop the engine from glazing.
Hi Robbie. I googled XRND boatbuilders, but I can only find XR&D in Newark, (Ollerton) is this who you were talking about? They look as if they are a long way away from any canals... but they do look like a "can do" bussiness, seen that they made a real cool motorbike lift in the bow of a narrowboat. Cheers
Worksop is not one of my favourite places. Loved your video very much. You speak as you find - I think honesty is the best policy. Your camera work was exceptional whilst going through some of the locks. Thanks for taking me along
Worksop is my birthplace and I grew up there for 20 years so it's fascinating to hear your view on it. I have to say I laughed out loud when you gave your view of the town and the people because it was very accurate. Best thing I ever did was leave.
I'm really glad you saved the fish, thank you for caring. I also like how you are realistic in your comments. It's good to hear the good and the bad, it helps anyone thinking about this lifestyle to make an informed choice.
Robbielad! ANOTHER great video...and great to see you're still alive and well, and CRANKING! Others have commented on your "real-ness", and I'd like to echo the sentiment of how nice it is that you're willing to share ALL of your adventures - not just the :good stuff". THANK YOU for that! It's what draws me back again and again to what you share in each episode. That and the sheer beauty of the countryside you're travelling through. Please keep sharing yourself with us? Best, Robbie!
Hello Robbie, Worksop my own town, left there in 1980 emigrated to Canada, Lived in Bracebridge walked the canal there many times with the family and the dogs of course, you lived there long ? brought back a lot of good memories, thank you.
Great video, thanks. As an expat of 35 years I find it puzzling and a bit embarrassing that so many English people seem so miserable. I’m planning to return home soon. Fingers crossed 😬
Had to laugh when you commented about boaters/people not saying hello back. I laughed at a boater lady on our last trip in August only to be chased down and shouted at for about 20 min by the non wavey lady who had a bike and who had caught us up. Very funny but a little bit intimidating as not able to get away! Note to self, only laugh at people if they don't own a bike!! Great filming, canals are very photographic
Hi Robbie, Thanks for another great vlog. You and Floating our boat are my favourite channels. I’m currently laid up after knee surgery and looking forward to your next vlog. Keep on cranking it.
Ah sorry to hear. Funny you should say that but I mention their vlog in the next video - which I am almost finished with, should be ready this week. Thanks for watching Andy 8^)
Hello from Texas, a Stoke lad, l worked at Shireoaks Colliery ( yep right beside that Marina) and in South Yorkshire for some years. The people are great. Recall Maggie Thatcher tore the heart out of the Coal Industry , closed all the mines that was Worksop’s lifeblood. At least you found a sparkie for your inverter !
Thanks for another enjoyable escape :-) I love your descriptions of what you're seeing and experiencing. Sorry for your troubles with the electrics but glad you had good friends to help you! Thanks for saving the fish - you have a good heart Robbie Cumming :-) Looking forward to the next video!
Wonderful, Robbie! I was getting a little bit worried until you finally mentioned the 'pub of the week'! There's no way, unfortunately, that I could follow in your footsteps, but your Vlogs really give me a 'taste of home', good or bad! Thank you so much! 👍 👍 👍 😊 😙
Another great video and superb new music. Like the orchestral touches :) Excellent production as always and love those moments of trickling water and bubbles on the canal. It's that attention to detail that really make your videos stand out. Brilliant!
Robbie Cumming Ha! no, not at all 😀 My brother's had a Ranger for a couple of years and really liked it. They're pretty smart but he did have several problems with the engine management system and broke down a few times. Pretty bad for a brand new truck. Overall though they're very good. If you plan to buy one, chat to my brother first 😀

Just found your channel, and loving the trips up the Chesterfield. I went to Worksop College 33 years ago and now off to find your one on Retford where I went to school. Loving your channel x
Callie, thanks so much for the comment, great to hear - unfortunately I lost all of the footage as I said in my video ‘it’s not always fun living on a narrowboat’. However I did manage a few clips which I filmed with workmates - it’s on the end of this one: ua-cam.com/video/GR4xmtRwghQ/v-deo.html
I grew up there Robbie, thx for that. They've done a great job restoring the canal but it's a shame they can't refurbish the town itself to match. A High Street full of charity and pound shops says it all really. Love going back to visit though. You can take a boy out of worksop but you can't take worksop out of the boy! Crank it on!
Ahhhhh workshop, the place of my updragging (Now a lincolnite of nearly 20years). Whilst the place has it's (well) hidden treasures it overall fails to inspire. Whilst former residents include Bruce Dickenson, John Parr (st Elmo's fire), Donald Pleasence (bond baddy) and others of note it's a fact that most current locals fell from high up in the miserable tree hitting every branch on the way down. Another interesting note (to me at least) is that just along the canal townwards from the cricket ground moored up adjacent to the car park used to be a floating cafe/narrowboat called the Gongoozlers rest which I last spotted on a video done by Dave (cruising the cut) shot in Braunston. Happy cruising pal.
Dead right about the Ranger Robbie...I just got one in black with the Deranged body kit conversion and it’s awesome. Practical for getting stuff to the boat too. Great vlog...keep smiling
Hello Robbie enjoyed your video, my parents had a boat on the Chesterfield canal in the 1960's at Drakeholes the canal was not navigable through Worksop in those days but I remember fishing on that stretch, it was pretty derelict.
I’m burning through your videos like a house on fire. Good thing that you have such a deep backlog that I don’t have to go into withdrawal... at least not for a long while.
IRONICALLY ROBBI WE WALKED THAT STRETCH ON WEDNESDAY THE 22ND AUGUST FROM SHIREOAKS TO WORKSOP AND BACK A VERY PLEASANT WALK GOOD PINT OF GUINESS I THE “LOCK KEEPER “ THANKS FOR A GOOD VLOG KIND REGARDS TERRY HAMMOND
Hi Robbie Finally sold my motorhome, so closer to buying a narrowboat, but really I need a property, a house with an 'end of garden mooring'... don't suppose you see any on your travels?... I love 'Pub of the Week', but how about "Property of the Week". Cheers FWMW
Yeah I do actually see a few, and I usually try to film them to include in the videos, although not much help as I can’t always signal where they are on the map - but yes they are out there!
No... sorry that would be helpful wouldn’t it! Perhaps one of the Zoopla type online agents have that as a search option?! Doubt it but would be a good idea!
David has some on his website... but there must be loads out there. I have seen 2 on Zoopla.... might email them as the 'in site' search does not bring any up, yet I have seen them on there.
We have walked from Worksop to Shireoaks a few times, and it used to be possible to get into the marina on foot to sit at the visitor moorings and have a picnic. However, as you mentioned, no visitor moorings in the marina now, and it’s all gone a bit exclusive! Great vlog 😃
Beautiful footage there Robbie, love those canals and glad you got all your faults sorted in Worksop (well norty lass's anyway) and bless those guys helping you through the locks - guess Worksop has redeemed itself??
Yes it has in terms of pubs at least - I was worried I wouldn’t find one that I could feature! Yep Liam and Colin, top blokes. Thanks for watching! 8^)
I had two in the works for that bit and then all my files got deleted... full explanation in the next video after this but... yeah still gutted about that.
You must have good ears! Not much wrong with them, they’ve been set twice now but am currently having two of the rocker arms reset as they had developed tiny indentations. But all in all it’s not that bad really!
Exceptional vlog this week Robbie! - 08:30 - soon be 9 o'clock! Very slow connection near Worksop - filmed in early May and loads by the end of August! I can't beat you there! You missed one of the good points about Worksop - always been excellent for fresh vegetables! Does this warrant the attention of a single man on a barge? Teasing over. Enjoyed the trip through Turnerwood! Nice to see it now it's restored. Still miss the 'old cranking guitar', you'll have to keep searching for something to replace it ;-) Steve
Cheers Steve too notch pedantry there 😂 Good point about Worksop markets, they always seemed busy. Guitar... how do you mean, would you like to hear more rock music on the soundtrack?
No! The 'Crankin guitar' e.g. Skipton to Bingley vlog (when you got your key stuck in the swing bridge at Riddlesden - at the side of 'Pub of the Week'). Or it could just be me stuck in a time warp/my age?
A question Robbie, from the Trent, how far can I go up the chesterfield before the locks become narrow boat size only? My beam is about 8ft 10in I was told I could get to Retford does that sound right?
@@RobbieCumming cheers, best start planning my trip then, daughter off to uni in a week and a half and I am a free man..... until Xmas when she needs to come home 🤣
That looked like a cool little town to pass through. As for the Ford pickup, they are really popular and that makes them easy to get parts for, but they don't have the longevity of a Toyota.
Cheers Tee yeah I don’t really know much about them just like the way it looks! And the town - I showed the good parts, the general feeling in the town wan’t friendly so I kept my camera in my pocket for most of the time!
Thanks Robbie, the first half of the vlog calmed me soooo much, brilliant countryside, water shots, ooh yea. The soundtrack before Worksop..fantastic sort of chineesy feel then suddenly a hammond organ , how do you do that? great tune mate!
Great vid Robbie Didn’t you have problems with your inverter a few weeks back, I thought you got a new one? Who go you use for your phone and internet? Look forward to the next vid Mark &Debbie
Great Vlog. And glad that you found some people to help you with all the stuff. For what are you using the Inverter? I avoid to use one, everything in my Van is running on 12 Volt or by USB.
Thank you very much Stephan - good idea yeah I try to USB most of my stuff, but unfortunately I have two Macbook Pros an electric shaver, handheld dyson and electric screwdriver...
@@RobbieCumming I walk the leed liverpool canal over 2 year ago still do local one as I live near burnley watching your channel over the last few day really good what canal you travelling at the moment
Nice been near there when we walk the canal for the Cheshire ring so do Ll the Macclesfield peak forest bit of trent all Ashton just done from burnley to barrowforrd lock today
Great vlog Robbie as per usual. Shame Colin was not there when I met up with you would have been a great laugh.. I will have to learn how to smile for the camera, :o) hope things are well with you and look forward to the next instalment. Take care matey...
hey bud, I finally threw in 5 bucks for ya on patreon. I'm on pension so we'll let it ride long as I can eat ;) crank it on braddah sorry it could not be more.... you are cranking it in my stead young Padawan
Thanks Douglas, $5 a video is very generous, make sure you set a cap on it so you don’t spend too much each month! Welcome to the crank it crew sir and if you have any particular questions feel free to ask me here or via Patreon! 8^)
well i had you marked as an e-type JAAAG man.. cranking it on the b-roads (not a rational pickup) haha! so you helped those marooned fish and then your vblog helped you get-outta-worksop.. i'd say that was karma in action ;) so what was wrong with the inverter?
Cheers Rigby well actually I can’t remember... Maybe Liam can chip in here if he sees this comment - I think a bearing had gone or something so it amhas now been repaired and has gone on to a new home!
Hi Clare - yeah sorry I didn’t explain properly but that was air displacement from the lock I was filling up just out of shot. Farting underwater 😂 what are you like?! Ha ha! 8’^D
Yes there is a creativity in these videos which takes them ahead of the pack in terms of viewing enjoyment - other canal vlogers are also good, but there is something in the angles and the eye in these videos which is different. Some of these former industrial towns have had a really tough post industrial few decades, a generation or two of struggle for many people/families, Worksop was hit pretty hard by the colliery closures in particular, always worth bearing that in mind, although your pub visit did balance up that perspective a bit. Mike
Thank you very much. Yes very true Mike, I’m almost sick of hearing about the mine closures as an excuse but I need to be more understanding of the point you’ve made. And it’s effects aren’t just financial in terms of town planning and investment, it has also manifested psychologically. It seems some people give up easily and don’t want to care about their neighbourhoods because they feel like there’s no point. 8^(
Robbie, I do understand what you are saying, eventually a post industrial community has to move forward and not dwell on the past, it has to come from within I think. Mike
You love animals and you can't stand to see them in distress.. I guess the pain & distress you cause them behind the scenes doesn't matter then if you're eating them for your dinner.
Someone invent a display for the tiller position that shows signal strength for Voice, Data, TV, and Radio. Radio and TV display might show Channels available.
That would be a great idea Bruce! I use an app to check for internet speeds but it doesn’t do it automaticaly, you have to keep refreshing it (whilst trying to not to crash into things) 8^)
Another great video by Apple iPhone X. Surprise, surprise, surprise as Goomer tells Andy Griffin of the Andy Griffith TV show..... lol... I'll sick to my loving Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Which has a wonderful camera on it. I heard from several UA-cams that the note 9 has amazing camera & front facing speakers. I'm going to wait for the note 10 since I just got the 8 about a year ago. I've had a bad day yesterday. One of my dogs died, she was about 11 yrs old. Then someone came in my back yard & stolen my chicken that I was going to butcher for a dinner for my children. It was a rooster & I didn't want my eggs fertilized. They where post to be all hens, but 1 out of 17 hens wasn't to bad. It could of been worst.... lol... My son has Crohn disease so I didn't want my eggs fertilized. It can make him really sick to. Well it's getting late my time, 240am. So I think I'll get me some sleep. Keep on CRANKING it!!! Chris from Missouri
Oh Chris I’m sorry to hear that. What a bad day. Oh and I only I have an iPhone 8 plus - but yes the new samsung one looks better than the X if you can afford it! 8^)
@@RobbieCumming yes that's the problem. CAN YOU AFFORD IT!! I've got the note 8 so I'm going to wait till the 10th thur 12th before I upgrade again. I went note 2, 3, 4, 8 so I can wait. Can you imagine having 1 taribite of storage. Just crazy, just crazy. As long as they don't get rid of the head phone jack they will in a ledge of there own. I don't use it, but it's the point that matters... lol.... Actually I like being connected to the earphone jack. You always stay connected. My wireless headphones always looses connection when I'm on the mower... Not reliable @ all. So I like the headphones. Thanks for your kind words about my pup. I still have 3 dogs, but all 3 of them makes 1 begal... lol... Be safe, Chris
Yeah I think I would lose any wireless earbuds etc - and I don’t like the facial recognition or wireless charging only - not ideal for boats that tip from side to side! Take care Chris 8^)
no wifi calling over there? I use Hangouts and it's great. Acts as a second phone number that you can call out on and recieve incoming calls. All free works on wifi. But also just my standard phone number I can make calls on WiFi as well.
Oh yes - sorry I forgot to mention that but was obviously not up to it. My internet speed wasn’t fast enough I think - it just sounded like crap and kept cutting out!
Robbie if you have time check out my friends channel Jonny there's something happening you will get a glimpse of the new Ford Raptor it will be replacing the ranger that's what I'm talking oh yes
Oh yeah the Ranger Raptors are mean looking but I just like the classic look of the ranger. Plus all that extra suspension might be a bit overkill just for to-and-fro-ing from the towpath!! 8^)
Oh well in that case KILLITKILLITKILLITKILLIT! I mean... ‘are we not all god’s creatures’?! Oh well hopefully it will mean there is more food for the birds and ducks? If people would just stop feeding them bread 8^)
WHICH URINAL !!! only because i literally just measured up and ordered for a CRANK IT teeshirt obviously the one with the MEASURE.....well on a good day i do alright so the wife says anyway but then i did just buy her an expensive ring so maybe she was being kind...still cranking Literally best Steve
So far not 1 Iconic Concertina Pub night , coincidence ? always wrong night ? personal preferance - hmm ok , just does not draw the Pub crowd as it use to ??? A canaler Ballad with concertina just comes to mind as iconic but oddly missing from canal- utubers and apparently not behind most canal pub doors anymore ?
Yes I’m afraid it’s not something I’ve seen - the Blackburn video I made featuring the cockatiel and my friend playing the accordian is perhaps the closest we’ve come to your vision?!
hmmm so seeing a canalboat slowly drifting down the canal someone playing sea chantey ballads making the Lazy warm afternoons go on endlessly to a happy ending and a warm fire and hot dinner and more songs to make the evening endless is not commen ? ,, hmmmm just me daydreaming ? hmmm wait getting a headach , work time clock , it coming back to me , i think i remmber , i have not won the lottery yet

Great stuff Terry. I had some great fish and chips there with my family, £7 with a pint ok Fridays I think it was! Expensive drinks otherwise though!
Haha, love how you describe Worksop!! 🤔..
Let me know next time you passing I’ll help with the locks, enjoyed watching your vlogs!! 👍
Thanks Richard 😜👍
Hey Robbie, glad to see you're still living it large on the waterways :) thanks for another excellent vlog
Ha ha yeah thanks for watching Clare! 8^)
Beautiful video as always I have given on catching up in order! Looks lovely ! :)
So good to see my home town
😎
Bet you are so glad that heat has gone. Another great video
Yeah - you’ll see me struggling a bit with that in future episodes! But by the time I get round to it I expect we’ll be complaining about the cold!!
Good vlog/blog again mate
Thanks! 8^)
Could you use a small gas or electric hand leaf blower?
Your vlogs are great! Good to see your keeping up the good work robbie!
Thanks Adam really appreciate that - and congrats on getting the first comment woooo! 8^)
@@RobbieCumming what is it you do for a job if you don't mind me asking?
Public Relations, part time - the rest of my work revolves around this channel. Oh and boat maintenance 8^)
Thank you for another great video
Nigel you are most welcome 8^)
I love going up turner wood
Hi Robbie,
The canal diaries you’ve done can’t be played on iplayer ?? Any clues why?
Hi Robbie
Finally sold my motorhome, so closer to buying a narrowboat, but really I need a property, a house with an 'end of garden mooring'... don't suppose you see any on your travels?... I love 'Pub of the Week', but how about "Property of the Week".
Cheers FWMW
Yeah I do actually see a few, and I usually try to film them to include in the videos, although not much help as I can’t always signal where they are on the map - but yes they are out there!
I don't suppose you see one 'Agent' that stands out... is there anyone you know that specializes in selling canal side propertys?
No... sorry that would be helpful wouldn’t it! Perhaps one of the Zoopla type online agents have that as a search option?! Doubt it but would be a good idea!
David has some on his website... but there must be loads out there. I have seen 2 on Zoopla.... might email them as the 'in site' search does not bring any up, yet I have seen them on there.
Keep up the great work!
Thanks guys! 8^)
Thanks Marie!! 8^)
The “nobheads” are taking over🤨
It all happens at once when things want to go really wrong... Bad luck buddy. At least you came out the other end smiling!
Yep well can’t leave ‘you guys’ with a sad ending now can I?! Thanks for watching mate 8^)
Is there no video of the Worksop to the trent stretch of the canal?
I had two in the works for that bit and then all my files got deleted... full explanation in the next video after this but... yeah still gutted about that.
Nice to see other bits of the Chesterfield Robbie 👍
You need a leaf blower to blow your boat clean.... Several good battery models available!
Hi Robbie, 1st of August 2024 how are you and do you still live full time on your boat?
Great video, I think you could do with your tappets setting on your engine, easy job.
more power less tapping.
more mpg
You must have good ears! Not much wrong with them, they’ve been set twice now but am currently having two of the rocker arms reset as they had developed tiny indentations. But all in all it’s not that bad really!
Keep smiling as long as you have your health you have everything :).
Yeah about that... 🍻🍻🍻🍻 😂 Cheers Adrian!
Excellent vidio Robbie, one of the best canal vlogs,
Ah cheers too kind 8^)
Tried agreed!
Cheers Robbie 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
See u soon pal.
ooh do we get "Cafe of the week" now too =D . Another great vlog !
He he depends if I see any more worthy of your attention Cathryn! Thanks for watching! 8^)
We need to know the quality of the cake =D
Can’t see the Retford journey???
Yes sorry about that - on the next vlog I explain how pissed off I was at losing all the footage from there all the way to Newark 😤
Mmmmm pink petals... nah it’s not you lol
Glad to see ya safe n well👍
He he cheers matey 8^)
Hi Robbie, you around Sheffield? Fancy a pint? Rog
Rog! Was hoping to hear from you! Can you email me (go to my channel page, click on about) and I’ll send you my number?
Tried Channel & About but can't see your email address. Rog
It’s hidden (find where it says ‘for business enquiries’)! Otherwise I’m on Twitter/Instagram.
I just spotted one of my mates in crowd whilst you was in the swan. Great pub 👍
Ah well that track playing on that video is called ‘Windy Biscuits’ - can download it for free from soundcloud.com/cobedy if you want!
A question Robbie, from the Trent, how far can I go up the chesterfield before the locks become narrow boat size only? My beam is about 8ft 10in I was told I could get to Retford does that sound right?
Yep that’s right!
At 0:35, is there any way those locks could work as drawn? Very confusing!
I know, crap diagram wasn’t it?!!
Thanks Robbie, the first half of the vlog calmed me soooo much, brilliant countryside, water shots, ooh yea. The soundtrack before Worksop..fantastic sort of chineesy feel then suddenly a hammond organ , how do you do that? great tune mate!
Thanks! I just play around with garageband really, there are loads of synthesised instruments on there 👍
Couldn’t you use a leaf blower?
Great vid Robbie
Didn’t you have problems with your inverter a few weeks back, I thought you got a new one?
Who go you use for your phone and internet?
Look forward to the next vid
Mark &Debbie
Hi Mark, Debbie - yes the new one is shown in the video - and I’m on EE. How about yourselves? 8^)
good to see ya m8
Dose anybody know what kind of beetle this is ???? 03:42
I think it’s a brown marmorated stink bug (although it smelt ok to me?!) 8^)
thanks Robbie 😊
Well equipt Ship this. Handheld Dyson? Thats far to posh for me... Hehe, take care mate.
Oh yeahhh Pretty executive right?! I spent three years just sweeping up with a dustpan and brush so I thought I’d treat myself!!
The pumphouse you mentioned is up for sale
mad davvid crap price
Fab love the pink petals lol xx
Hi you still enjoying the canal
Yes I am how about you!
@@RobbieCumming I walk the leed liverpool canal over 2 year ago still do local one as I live near burnley watching your channel over the last few day really good what canal you travelling at the moment
Nice one I live near burnley too. River weaver is the one I’m moored on as shown in latest video
Nice been near there when we walk the canal for the Cheshire ring so do Ll the Macclesfield peak forest bit of trent all Ashton just done from burnley to barrowforrd lock today
What the best place you visit
God damn, whats so appealing about a Narrowboat and an old bike cranking down the canal at 2mph??? It looks so damn good :)
Ha ha no idea Gary it’s a strange world isn’t it!! 8^)
Great vlog Robbie as per usual. Shame Colin was not there when I met up with you would have been a great laugh.. I will have to learn how to smile for the camera, :o) hope things are well with you and look forward to the next instalment. Take care matey...
Yeah I think you guys would’ve gotten on well! Ha ha well the serious look is good - but the next instalment does capture your fun side too. 8^)

Oh no don’t remind me that was horrible wasn’t it 8^(
Hi Robbie, I must have missed this one but I got it now.. John NZ kaiora, hey Robbie you got a messenger page? cheers
A messenger page? What’s that? I have a website? Www.robbiecumming.com - has links to all my social media pages etc.
My friend John Wignell plus his dog "Harold" at 3:30 ... really surprised to see them on the vid.
Ha ha excellent, he was a good bloke to chat to as I remember 8^)
Yes, he's a top bloke and walks down that part of the canal regularly (same as me).
Does he still live in Woodsetts?….I was mates with him when we were kids.
hey bud, I finally threw in 5 bucks for ya on patreon.
When you no phone signal but you have Internet you could use email people on services
well i had you marked as an e-type JAAAG man.. cranking it on the b-roads (not a rational pickup) haha!
so you helped those marooned fish and then your vblog helped you get-outta-worksop.. i'd say that was karma in action ;) so what was wrong with the inverter?
Cheers Rigby well actually I can’t remember... Maybe Liam can chip in here if he sees this comment - I think a bearing had gone or something so it amhas now been repaired and has gone on to a new home!
Hi Robbie!
Just paused at 6.30mins.
What the heck was that, that was farting underwater, and causing so many bubbles?
Or maybe I missed something? 😀😁
Hi Clare - yeah sorry I didn’t explain properly but that was air displacement from the lock I was filling up just out of shot. Farting underwater 😂 what are you like?! Ha ha! 8’^D
Worksop is not as friendly as it used to be I've always said hello to people on a boat
Mike
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
How exciting can a place called Worksop be when they have a shopping center that looks like a prison on the outside.....LOL
Fair point! 8^)
You love animals and you can't stand to see them in distress.. I guess the pain & distress you cause them behind the scenes doesn't matter then if you're eating them for your dinner.
Yep I know completely hypocritical isn’t it. Thanks for commenting.
Your boat is starting to look like a scrap yard lol
Fair point! So hard to find space when everything you own is on one boat!
You need to go through on a market day its a bit more lively
@@RobbieCumming ugh, it's better to have no service than try and put up with that lol
That bug i think is/was a stink bug ie the brown marmorated stink bug, they are an invasive species from the USA.
Oh well in that case KILLITKILLITKILLITKILLIT! I mean... ‘are we not all god’s creatures’?! Oh well hopefully it will mean there is more food for the birds and ducks? If people would just stop feeding them bread 8^)
Is newest blog
