WPL B16 with tipper delivers firewood

I installed a tilt mechanism for the bed on my WPL B16. A WPL 180 motor and gearbox tilts the bed and channel 5 on my Dumbo RC radiocontrols it. Works rather good! Here's a small video, hope you like it!

Brrr! It certainly looks cold - I'm glad the truck made it.
Your bed mechanism looks interesting - I'm a bit puzzled as to how it works. I can see the l o n g propshaft spinning, but don't understand how it lifts the bed.

Thank you! Yes, it's cold but things could be worse... The tipper mechanism works like a scissor jack, it's rather powerful, but I haven't tested how much it can lift. 😊

Hello! I found this link, that is unbelievly long, but I hope it works. The wheels on my car is also widened, using PET bottlenecks. Sadly I don´t have a video of how it´s done. Simple description: Cut the neck off a PET bottle, glue it to the rim with the "collar" as the outside, then glue the tire on. Of course these wheels are also good without widening!
