    Dhanurasana is a backbend that expands the chest and front of the body deeply. The name is derived from the Sanskrit words dhanu, which means "bow," and asana, which means "pose."

    Steps to do Dhanurasana ( Bow Pose )✔️
    • Begin the Dhanurasana stance by lying on your stomach, feet apart.
    • Keep your arms to the side of your body. Fold your knees slowly and grab your ankles with your hands backwards.
    • Inhale deeply and lift your chest off the ground, bringing your legs towards the back.
    • Maintain a forward gaze.
    • Maintain the posture for 15-20 seconds.
    • Exhale deeply and lower your legs and chest to the ground to exit the pose.

    • People with hernias, high blood pressure, or sleeplessness should avoid this product.
    • It should not be done before going to bed since it stimulates the sympathetic nervous system and the adrenal glands.
    • Avoid using it if you have a migraine or a headache.
