I really wanna try this out but their return policy basically requires that the product be unopened, which to me seems like bad form for a new product that’s also pretty expensive.
From what I gathered in talking to them, you can try it out for a few days and then exchange it, if it’s the wrong size, or return it!
These viral ads always make you go, “yeah that makes sense” to sucker you in. I just can’t believe they are selling this for over a $100
$120 is a lot. I think even $70 is too much but i might get it since every pillow i use fucks my neck up.

I LOVE my weighted blanket. I always end up with one of my many pillows on top of my face and chest. Plus I have anxiety. It was a game changer!
I’ve been contemplating on getting this pillow cause my necks been hurting on my old pillows. The idea of it makes sense as I always scrunch up my pillow to mold my neck. You kinda solidified my choice. The pro looks comfy

Thanks for getting the larger pillow, I’ve seen other videos and they all have the half pillow. They also say it’s not comfy due to them rolling of the pillow since it’s half the size.
Yeah, I was definitely concerned about that. Plus the taller 6" only came in the longer size too.

My partner has a wedge pillow and she loves it.
I have been pondering trying the pillow cube. What’s holding me back?!? Their crappy return policy. They will NOT (I have contacted them) refund you if you don’t like the pillow. They will do exchanges. But will I repeat NOT just refund you. So lame. Their reasoning was “oh it keeps pillows out of the landfill.” So I asked “what do you do with the exchanged pillows then?” Their reply “oh we donate them.” Like wtf. The pillow is expensive, maybe I’ll love it, but I feel like for the price, they could have a reasonable return policy. They will only refund you for unopened and unused products. 🙄 I suggested to them that they could offer a return policy similar to a lot of these new bedding companies...have the customer donate the product and send a pic of the donation receipt. We just tried the Layla sheets, and they just didn’t fit our bed well. That’s their policy. Pillow cube annoys me with their contradictory return and exchange policies.

Thank you so much for writing this. I would not be trying the Cube. If I did return it, it would obviously be because I didn't like it. Now I don't like it sight unseen.
@@Lili-xq9sn You're welcome! I think it's pretty lame...lol obviously. I got the Layla pillow, starts with a K I think. Been giving that a go for a couple nights. I sleep on my side and my shoulder has been bothering me. I don't know what else it could be other than my pillow is worn out.

I’m contemplating getting one of these. That return policy, though, is ridiculous. Unopened? How about un-bought? There. Solved the aggravation of having to buy something, wait for it to be delivered and used, or, in this instance, just looked at because the minute you open the package...it can’t be returned for a refund? WTF?!

@@gcopter1963 I didn't get the Cube for the same reason. You can't even try it. I researched several other pillows, and ordered the Birch. It has 100 night sleep trial. The Cube seems like a scam. There's a lot of other speciality pillows that let you try them. Don't let this Cube company put you over a barrel.

I'm still very happy with it.
I don't know how you slept the first night on it unless you have no ability to smell. The foam smells terrible- yes it smells like foam- but that is not something I want to breath in at anytime. Also- hated it for side sleeping. On the other hand, for back sleeping seems to help my snoring which is a very positive thing.
What kind of mattress are you sleeping on? I have noticed that if I sleep on a memory foam mattress I need a lower profile pillow but on a spring mattress I need a higher profile pillow. Curious to know which one you use. Thank you for your honest review too. I always appreciate that.
I have a foam mattress. I have pretty wide shoulders. I like a thick pillow.
Gotta get me one of these. Like you I have to sleep on my side or else I'll snore too.

It did for me! I needed the 6 inch height pillow.

I 99% sleep on my side, any back sleeping and I immediately snore so loud I wake myself. But I also have very wide shoulders, so the side is often a problem.
Pillow Cube may be the answer, but I've seen such mixed reviews so far, ijdk...

I think their return policies only allow you to return the product if you haven’t opened it yet etc.

Does this pillow work when you sleep on your back ? Or does it raise you up too high/ causes neck pain
For me, I can comfortably sleep on my back with this pillow. But I am aiming to sleep on my side more and this pillow definitely shines there.
I am also able to sleep on my back with it as long as my shoulders are on the pillow as well. I love mine. 10/10. No more neck pain.

@@alsobolewski9158 for sleeping on your back you shouldn’t use a pillow, or at least an extremely thin one. It helps correct your posture as we tend to slump forward all day looking at our phones etc. it brings your head back and into alignment. It feels weird at first

Yeah, I sleep on my back sometimes and I don't think it's a bad back sleep pillow. It's definitely built for side sleep though.

Still using it! It's working well!

It's pretty light weight. Denser than other foam pillows I've tried, but not too heavy.

How about your apnea??? Do you feel more rested/less out of it?
I do feel like I'm able to sleep on my side and not snore as much. You'd still be better off with a CPAP machine, but this does help keep my on my side for longer.
@@kylelowe Gotcha. I have apnea but can’t stand using the CPAP and haven’t used it 2-3 years (after using it for about that long). Just trying to determine if this may help.

well shoot I may have to look into this. my neck has been hurting me for like a month now and I'm not sure what its causing it as the pillow I have hasn't caused me issues for the past year until like this month.
If it goes on sale it's not a bad deal. It's a little pricey regularly.
Why would they take back a used pillow. Once you sleep in it it’s used!
I found the Cube way too soft, it compresses a lot. Be aware that if you take it out of the package when you get it you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Good call, others have let me know that the refunds end after opening too. I am enjoying the pillow still. I got the 6 inch height in anticipation of compression.
Can u wash and dry this in a normal dryer ?
No, don't wash the foam pillow. Just the covers.
