I worked 15 years to the day in construction for a single company; never ever once di I see or even feel; as a man anyone including myself treated with any sort of respect or genuine honesty of kindness. We where told on a daily basis that no other company will ever be better then we have it; no one would respect who we were.
I finally quit; went to work for someone else and this individual go's out of his way to make sure; without overbearing, that those working for him are and feel respect for who and what they are, not just work for themselves.
