The new luxury Telluride is clearly the best in this category. It also has a better warranty and is a great value. Its like a cross between a limo and an suv. The luxury "KLexus" badges for the Telluride are available online and make the luxurious Telleride look even better.
The Land Cruiser belongs on this list, and yes I concede it’s outdated in many ways. The LC will last forever though, and that cannot be said about the Nissan, Infiniti, or the GMC. Great channel though!
Telluride and Pallisade have worst in class MPG and they already have emerging issues with drivetrain - check forums. I would stay away from them. Besides their front design is plastic cheap kinda look.
Good review, but could have been great if the 2019 Hyundai Santa FE XL had been included. Classic smooth lines, (no copycat honeycombe grille), twin exhausts and a proven 290 HP 3.3 liter gasoline engine mated to a smooth 6 speed automatic transmission with SHIFTRONIC (manual option). Normal, Econo and Sport mode power selection to suit any driver or road condition. I have regularly attained 30 mpg on highway trips cruising at 70 mph with A/C on. And let's not forget - the best warranty in the business. What's not to like?
Hyundai Palisade should be the best pick on your list. But get the Infiniti QX80 if you really love tech from 2005, it's the most money you can spend on a 15yr old car 👍
honda sensing it's actually auto pilot mode, auto break and stearing, most room in its class, and AWD torque 'power' management system. which makes it ahead of Toyota definitely. Toyota could not pass the crash test even.
I would add the Lexus GX460 and the LX570. Also, the Mercedes G500 and G63. My all around favorite is the GX460. In 2020 it's getting some must needed upgrades, to include the infotainment system. You get the best of both worlds. Lexus luxury and an off road monster.

I had my tyre burst which means you cant run on it anyway. It costed me a few thousand dollars with the cost of towing etc to have it repalced
Elisha Christopher Too bad you didn’t read the title. The palisade is a 2020 vehicle this list is about 2019 vehicles. But I understand. Not everyone takes the time to read the title.
What Toyota Highlander did you look at? The third row is for 4 year olds or less. It is so cramped that an adult will not be able to fit in there. And getting in and out of the third row you have to be a gymnast * contortionist. The Toyota has the most reliability but lacks the cargo room that the other competitors have.
@coffeeinthemorning I'm not a fan of Toyota, do not own any Toyota. I bought Atlas 5 month ago and it has creaking noise from driver side when moving steering wheel at about 5 mph (noise gets louder when parking) and heavy noise from transmission at about 10 mph just before shifting. Type "noise in Atlas" in search section and you can see many Atlas owners have similar issues.
You can't beat the Mitsubishi Outlander for 7 seat value. Great AWD system. A reputation for reliability. A super long 5/60 bumper to bumper and 10/100 power train warranty. And you can get one for far less than the competition . It may be the least expensive way to a 7 seat vehicle on the market.
The question is if you are buying a 3 row SUV; you care about the 3rd row and its size; I have tested many of them and there are frankly only 5-6 made/models with usable 3 rd row , and not surprisingly none of them were American. Nissan Armada, Toyota Sequoia , VW Atlas, Audi Q7, Lexus LX 570, Mercedes GLS. Majority of these massive size American cars are pretty much useless when it came to 3rd row use for passengers!! Considering price cars like Audi Q7, Lexus 570 and Toyota Sequoia and Merc GLS are very expensive. So if you have limited budget and you are looking for a decent car with capacity of more expensive competitors you are left with VW Atlas and Nissan Armada. If you compare Nissan Armada with VW, firstly it is more expensive and secondly the cost of running is a lot more (fuel, tyres, etc). VW Atlas on the other hand offers you almost every thing that more luxury peers offer with (in some cases) a fraction of the price. While you can buy the top of the range for Atlas for around $52-55k (Canadian) depending on available promotional offers. The price for Mer GLS is well over $120K and Lexus 570 is roughly the same price. Toyota and Audi Q7 are well over $80 as well. Considering everything, we finally bought an Atlas and is honestly gives you the same ride as most of the more expensive peers. Although engine power is not as strong as Lexus 570 or Sequoia or Merc GLS 450.
Didn't do a good job, new Kia/Hyundai were obviously missed. Secondly instead of just throwing out the list, it's better to add your opinion and rating and rank them.

+mark catalano Not at all. I'm a huge LC/LX fan but they're all very dated and long overdue for a major redesign. The gas mileage is also atrocious.
