  • This month's balcony garden journal took a bit longer to edit than I thought because I had so many things to do outside and wanted to share as much as possible with you. February is a good time to start peppers and eggplants. I also re-potted some lettuce and sowed spinach. I also got a few new plants, including a blueberry bush that I've been looking at for months.

I will also buy this ikea stuff you have with the protection. It’s pretty cheap and effective I already googled it. Thank you. 🙏🏻

You’re welcome 😊 I think they also have a taller version, but I don't have space for it.

Very good video. I will try the paper towel method. 👍🏻 please please keep the words to read a bit longer. The writing is small it could be a bit larger. Watching this on handy 📱 is sometime hard to read. And I have to understand and translate in my head. And already the next writing is already there. I paused and rewind few times.
Not a big deal but just a few seconds longer would be nice. 😊
The problem is I also look at the plants while reading to see what you are talking about.
13:09 example for many fast text to read.

Thank you for the suggestion! I wondered about that and I will make sure to keep it longer in the next video. I might try voice-over as well in the future.

@@4m2balconygardenyes voice over. Maybe in important things.
But to be honest. It’s much more relaxing to watch and listen to this beautiful music.
We are all surrounded by noise. So quiet videos are pretty nice.

Showing the soil or fertilizer would be nice. Or a link. To know what to look for. I bought last year a cheaper one. That was very good too. … sorry. Wrong text. I meant …. It was NOT very good.

The small bags with seed starting mix are from Dr Soil. I often a buy a peat-free soil from Lidl that I mix with perlite and compost. I think you can find cheap, good quality soil, but you have to try many brands until you find what works for you. I'll make sure to show the bags in the future.

yes we have Lidl here too. Next year I will move to Lithuania. So I think I will just have a balcony. No garden anymore.

Maybe you can still make a small balcony garden over there :)
