Amazing video! I will say starting the video with Zelda’s fathers abuse is a lil heavy if the idea is to fall asleep to the content. Makes me sad more than sleepy. I do love how good (not as in good person) Zelda’s dad is written. It’s really realistic and relatable and I’m glad he realized his wrongdoings after his death.

Do you think there will be another game set in this world?
We've already experienced blue and green motifs, but I wonder if there's going to be red as well.
@@M2DaZi Not out of the question given how well both of these games were received and sold, though if they continue with this setting, they would have to expand the map beyond its borders at this point, they can't just keep stacking layers.
I am mesmerised by this mythology, they've drawn inspiration from all cultures and religions, amalgamating to a world my ADHD brain wants to invest hours into.
Truth be told this (BOTW & TOTK) have been my first dive into this world. I want to go back and play earlier games now.
With regards to the Sheika, I definitely feel like even mentioning they were ostracized and persecuted for their technology means something more to the wider lore (eventually).
Maybe we go eastward towards the ocean.
Maybe their characteristically red eyes in previous games scared the Royal Family.
Maybe that red will be a motif for the next game.
@@M2DaZi honestly, worldbuilding in BotW and TotK is superb and I really love them for it. Previous games are awesome, too, but they didn't really click with me as much as BotW did when I first played it.

the last monk you faced was a Yiga he could be tricked by a Bananas x-D
On one hand King Rhoam has failed both his kingdom and daughter on every CONCEIVABLE level, on the other I think he is DEEPLY aware of this fact and DEEPLY regrets its. I also think he's on some level glad that Link doesn't recognize him at first. When I look at him I see a man who regrets everything and knows he can never fix what he's done.
If Link remembered who Rhoam was, he'd probably try to punch his ghostly face in. "You made my girlfriend sad. If you weren't already dead I'd make you wish you were."
This had a nice flow to itself, very relaxing

My headcannpn on blight weapons is that they were hidden somewhere in the beasts, used by the old champions.

40:25 If they are bumbling idiots, how are they the only ones that cracked Zonai technology with no help?
Although on that topic, since botw had wisdom themed tech, and totk had courage themed tech, what if, since they can copy both, the yiga merged the two together to get the best of both worlds in the next game? Perhaps link could even start the game as a yiga clan member and the yiga abilities would replace the sheikah runes/Zonai magic.
The original video was made before TotK, so you know ^^' Figuring out how one can operate a piece of tech is still quite different from learning how to make one from scratch but yes, Yiga are definitely far more intelligent than I gave them credit for before.
And that would be very cool! I doubt Nintendo would ever do it though, unfortunately.
