I think Illumination is starting to calm down w/ the realistic textures on their characters 👍 the feathers in Migration are a lot more cartoony and expressive compared to the chicken from Despicable Me 2

9:07 I saw Migration in theaters (my brothers fiancé took me and my little brother as a bonding moment) and it was pretty good! The animation was crisp, the voice acting was good, I choked on my popcorn at some moments in laughter, plus it's another movie I find special because of *who* I went with and enjoyed that movie with.
Neat video, I'd say everything you said was understandable. I gotta say (although I'm no Trolls fan) I'm glad to finally hear someone explain why they enjoy the franchise, without aggressively arguing that it deserves more love. Scot pilgrim takes off: haven't watched it yet, but i want to! It seems fun! Leo: another surprisingly good movie! #justiceforsquirtle Wish: I kinda zoned out when I saw it in theaters lol. When i rewatched it.....ehhhh..... The boy and the heron: I need to watch this but I keep forgetting 😭 I love gibili with all my soul, so I know I will both love and cry with this movie. Chicken run two: I never saw the first one, so i probably won't watch the second one. Migration: it was really fun! I enjoyed the family dynamic. Pokemon concierge: SO. GOOD. It was so funny and pleasing to the eyes. Also i cried in the last episode DON'T JUDGE ME- Orion and the dark: missed potential. I love the first half, especially the night entities! The second half though..... I lost brain cells lol The Garfield movie:....... I'm too scared to lose my sanity to watch it lol. Inside out 2: So excited for it! I'm gonna watch it in theaters, and I'm so hyped! It matches the exact same vibe as the first one! Edit: AAAAAAH I LOVED THIS MOVIE SM. a very Worthy sequel :) Okay that's all! As probably the only person to have watched Chicken Run 2, I adored it. I genuinely think it's even better than the first. The humor is spot-on and uses the "daughter runs away" trope to represent more contemporary socioeconomic issues than those of the original movie. It's a damning, blatant, and hilariously absurd critique of modern day consumerism and genuinely makes me want to write an analytical essay about it.
fun fact since you mentioned Garfielld; Bill Murray got "tricked" into voicing the Lasagna-Magnet. They told him all these other awesome big-name celebrities would be on the project and some say Murray was too lazy to read up on what was going on but he showed up and none of his colleagues were there but it was too late! and now oh no "I guess I'm Garfield"

this video quality is comparable to schafrillas, love your work! (rise up small creators!!) also agree that awkwafina is overused but she's used for characters that ARE her. she plays silly characters and she's silly! it's fine!
I went to go see kung fu panda 4 with my mates (all majors in animation or game development) and holy shit when we saw the Garfield moment me and my mate both looked at each other and groaned at hearing Chris Pratt. Look he does okay with some characters but it was so distracting for him to voice Garfield. It was frustrating too since the animation is quite fun and cartoony- yeah the fur texture is rlly out there but I was much more annoyed at the fact that a movie that would be bland was made blander with Chris Pratt as the voice of Garfield. I don’t hate Chris’s Pratt, I just am so tired of him as a celebrity’s actor in animated media. Give us better actors!!
