What I notice in the comments are a lot of people saying they can’t do it. I am a 70 year young woman with a replaced right knee. I lift weights every other day. I do aerobic exercises on the other days. I take one day off a week. I’ve lost 35 pounds, and I am probably in the best shape of my adult life. The videos that I watch are free, and I use a free online calorie tracker called fatsecret. What I am trying to say is, do what you CAN. There are exercises on my videos that are not suitable for my body. I adapt by doing something that I CAN do. I now look forward to my exercises, and if someone had said to me before, “you’re going to like this,’ I would have scoffed. It is my goal to die a healthy death. I don’t want a sedentary life, I don’t want to drag an oxygen tank behind me, because I want to get up and DANCE and PARTICIPATE in my remaining days. YOU CAN DO THIS. Start out slow. But do SOMETHING. I wish you all a can-do-it attitude! 💪🏻

Just started back working out after being stiff and low on energy for 4 years. Ive gotten stronger past 5 months and think i can do this now or at least build up to it. I recognize some movements and the techniques for breaking up old stuck energetic patterns (from etheric body), opening sacral chakra and increasing lymphatic flow and also diaphram stretching. Thank you in advance for sharing this wisdom.🙏🏾🙏🏾 Your videos are meant for those who are ready to receive even if it requires discipline and a slow steady progression.

I’m 70. You don’t need different exercises. Just do what he does, but slower, and not as many, until in time you can keep up. That may take a very long time, but the only deadline is if you set one on yourself. Start at very slow, and only a few, but always set a goal and make sure you reach it, even if you have to do it with a rest in between every rep. Most of all, never give up.

Not at all!Tai chi has been around for at least 1,000 years. It's helped me with a bad knee and 'chronic' back pain. I'm 73. Ppl always tell me I have remarkable ease of movement, stamina and specifically remark on my ability to run up 6 flights of stairs. If I skip 3-4 days, I feel so much more tired and sluggish. I love the energy I get from a combo of Tai Chi, dance, walking and other exercises. I feel 25!

Oh, man... this is serious hard. That old school approach to combat. Battlefield conditions. Meaning open field fighting. Anything of a concussive impact by the player, is done thru a stance.
From blocks to punches, throwing action, even limb locks... mostly thru a stance of some kind. Front, back, side horse, etc
Basics. Get in that classical mess, I say. Stance training can be the key for actual street fighting. Being hard to move can often be the saving feature.
Real street fighting? Really fighting for your live? Having a good front is EVERYTHING.
