She’s suing her and a former friend who she says came to her home with knives and damaged her property. The defendant claims the plaintiff is violent, and she’s countersuing because she says the plaintiff lied about her having an STD.

I had Shingles a few years back when I was 24 (also known as Herpes Zoster and typically effects older people. If you had chicken pox the virus is already in your system) and that’s a form of herpes. Not an STD of course, but just to add on to what you said about it being common. It comes in many forms.
@@tiasway I'm a nurse at a health clinic. And herpes simplex 1 is very common 65% of the USA population has it and 80% of the world population has herpes simplex 1 aka cold sores of the mouth. Most people get it as babies from a innocent kiss from a relative. You can pass it on during oral sex but its rare (if you have a cold sore on the mouth and then perform oral sex the person could possibly get it but its uncommon) herpes simplex 2 is genital herpes and only affects 12 % of the US population and is strictly on the genitals and is considered a std. 1 and 6 people have it and its extremely rare to catch it in your mouth but could happen. So not very interchangeable but can happen if someone has a active sore on their penis and you put your mouth on it. And the chickenpox and shingles is Herpes simplex 3 and 4!!! Its soo common that most std test doesn't even have herpes on the list. Its a standard std panel that excludes herpes due to most people having it and false positives (if you have had the shingles, you will test positive for herpes even though you don't have it so it creates false positives and fear...so you have to order a comprehensive std panel and pay out of pocket for the herpes blood test). So maybe she had or maybe she has cold sores of the mouth. Either way the girl had no business stating that...especially when she supposedly had something too that the grandma stated....
