Those that don’t get excited like you, obviously don’t have the vision for the amazing spaces they could be❣️ loved this one and all the potential it has.
i think that your enthusiasm is superb. Fantastic i would say. Just stunning. Really, really something else. Magnificent in a way that not that many enthusiastic people can achieve. I mean what else can i say about your enthusiasm but that for this price is a no brainer.
You dont get any of that. He doesnt tell you WHY the properties are dirt cheap. If they were that good value, Italians would be buying them. He doesnt say anything about L'Aquila Earthquake not far from the town which killed 360 people, they died in old properties like this one, which collapsed and killed them. If you are non-Italian you cannot own a car and can only live in the country for 3 months/year. An basic Engineers report will cost $10,000, then there are Archiatects, lawyers fees. Budget on $1500/SqM for improvements.
@@bricktop7803 He does do seperate videos and streams about these subjects..obviously if you were going to purchase a porperty like this you would be a total brain trans not to look into it yourself
@@bricktop7803 Also they are cheap because there is nothing left to sustaining these towns financially ..Italians don't have money to bey places. especially in locations that arn't likely to have a resale bump. You could also apply for resiidency in Italy as a self imployed or as a pentioner ect...(nomad visa coming at some point)
This is also one of those that make this planning faze so enjoyable. The views are just breathtaking. And the fact that everything seems to be so close by. Also, the lake is within reach. This one is a really nice and lovely combination of nature and practicality.
Love the space, the views and the price. Seems like having to do without a car would be impossible though. Does it have a train station nearby? Google doesn't seem to like the town name, wanting only to see it as Palermo spelled wrong.
I enjoy your enthusiasm. I do agree. The bathroom should be done over, it’s just way too small, yes, the shower should be near the window. Just a comment if you are somewhat older, too many stairs, too many steps. Where do you park your car? Also, the half bath could be just a little bit bigger. The price is good! I have seen many of your videos and enjoyed all of them. Thanks
For those who've bought into these homes and are living there, anyone want to chime in on what it's really like living there? On the face of it, they seem to be pretty good value for those wanting to have a base somewhere in Italy. What are the negatives?
that bedroom with the giant terrace: the wall separating the room from the terrace needs to be knocked down and replaced with full-height sliding glass panes.
I would look into knocking out the bathroom and make that bedroom bigger and see if I could make a bathroom on the terrace. One drawback is the construction going on across the street
Fireplace in the kitchen. Killer. Great floors. Mountain peaks with snow. Such a view from the terrace. Would it be against renovation code to put a pergola on the terrace? If you have a car is it ok to keep it on the street? What elevation is this village? Very pretty in a very nice village.
Abruzzo is the second most popular region for overseas buyers second only to Tuscany. I am based in Abruzzo and although I help clients over Italy, unfortunately I am not able to video in the North.
Good property but, for me, requires some work. The feel/flow is a little awkward. I love seeing what's available and learning more about the style and aesthetics.
It's not 3 months a year, but 3 months in every 180 day period. So you'd be able to live there for 6 months a year without taking up permanent residency.
@@perolagrande I know about that I am looking for a more permenant solution thanks. i currently travel to Colombia and extend my visa but again only a maximum stay of 6 months with in 12 month period )
My husband and I are looking into buying property abroad. I love your videos but I would love them more if you didn't always play the background music. I would much rather hear how the environment sounds; birds, footsteps, traffic, wind; whatever it may be. Natural noises would help sell it better then music. The music is distracting. Thanks again for posting these. :)
It's the same all over Europe. The countryside emptied out as young people went to the cities over the last century. Also farming became mechanised so there is far less rural employment available. It's very sad to see culturally but it's a house buyer's dream

This is nice at a great price! I like it!
What a lovely home with amazing views. The area looks magnificent.
In the future could you note the property taxes and other costs of ownership both for permanent residences and holiday homes? Thanks!
Agreed, any regular required outgoings like communal fees (and how they are managed) are vital to know.
Yes all listed costs

It's a cute town house, great possibilities for some remodeling. The views are stunning, and the price is reasonable. Thanks for the tour.
Definitely a little kitchen area in that room! I’ve seen some kitchen setups inside a cupboard, could close it up when not being used!
Love your videos. Looking for a small house with a bit of garden to live the whole year. Hope to find one soon ❤❤
Absolutely stunning property Dave at an amazing price !!!

Beautiful amazing views, and you could move in as it is, but I agree the bathroom needs a upgrade.
very, very nice TH...

It won’t go on forever
Great property. Why do people need big bathrooms?
I do need big bathroom because I'm a fat guy 😄

People have fireplaces in the kitchen as they use them to cook. Nothing better than meat cooked on the fire!
Have you made videos of Perugia?
Can you make more videos about the north part of italy in the future? I think it is more important to the majority of people
Abruzzo is the second most popular region for overseas buyers second only to Tuscany. I am based in Abruzzo and although I help clients over Italy, unfortunately I am not able to video in the North.
What would the property tax and insurance run on something like that and can they be used for Airbnb and such?

89000E..if only i had it..
Is this still available? This was listed 6 mos. ago
I see heaters. What about air-conditions?
i am from the UK but how can I live in Italy if we are no longer part of the EU and can only stay for 3 months of the year?
you'll have to apply for permanent residency, just the same as if anyone comes to the UK has to apply for same to stay permanently.

Are you killing everyone off in Abruzzo? Why is there so many property for sale? Can’t be so popular….there must be some catch.
