- This property is a brilliant one. In the heart of this wonderful village where all amenities can be found and just 30 minutes to the coast and 45 minutes to ski resorts.
This town has been popular with overseas buyers for many years due to its location and stunning scenery.
This property offers a large amount of space and many features.
During the video I mention a cantina in the basement but forget to go down there! There are actually two large rooms, one you enter from the house and could be a wine cellar and the other is accessed from a door to the rear of the property.
DO NOT MISS THIS ONE!!

Third floor artist studio - it's practically done for you
A recurring theme that I've seen so many of these Italian homes is that they're set up in a way where three generations can live in the same house and they still have their private space.
I don't worry about the church bells, I welcome the church bells
Also, you can live on the ground floor while you renovate upstairs!
Me too.
La iglesia está desactivada. No funciona como tal.
Pink and black bathroom is stunning!! 😍
Here are some alternative words you could use instead of "stunning" to describe scenic views:
Breathtaking, Striking, Beautiful, Picturesque, Majestic, Spectacular, Panoramic, Grand, Impressive, Awe-inspiring, Idyllic, Serene, Tranquil, Blissful, Enchanting, Gorgeous, Mesmerizing, Magnificent, Scenic, Sublime
Using a variety of these words can help to keep your descriptions interesting and avoid repetition.
Take a shot every time he says Stunning!...lol
I like the little kitchen. Bathroom okay.
The ground apatment is great for elderly parents also.
Good luck with getting a Visa for elderly parents….
@@richardpennington5445 My parents already live there. And I have the citizenship. There are many in the same situation
@@mariaeugenia7599 you are a lucky lady. I hope your dream becomes a reality 👍🏻
@@richardpennington5445 Thank you! I hope yours too.
I would definitely change the bathroom to a laundry room and make the bathroom the room next to it. That's a great plan.
Yo llevaría el lavadero al ático. Entrando, a la izquierda hay una pileta para lavar.
Ese sector pude a gratis ser transformado en un lavadero.
I’m buying this one!! 😂🎉❤❤❤ I’ll be in contact Dave.
That large room at the top looks like so large art studio.
Stunning! Stunning! Stunning! If we had the money in the bank now, we’d be on the first flight over!
Just imagine candles and wine while taking a bath in that pink and black bathroom
Stunning! That huge room upstairs would be a great studio for my husband as he is an artist! Love this property 💜
I can definitely see myself living there! It’s beautiful, it’s huge, it’s got stunning views… 💕💕💕
I like the ground floor. That is perfect for elderly parents who are prone to falling down.
Just a footnote, your voice is superb with or without a mic. Nothing to worry about there.
Stunning! Stunning! ❤ Agreed. 😂Definitely yes to the bathroom idea! Now, if this place was within walking distance to a train station, in a town of over 2 thousand and under 10 thousand inhabitants, I would be all over it!
Those are "Stunning" views David.
I love this place so much!
It would made a very nice art studio and a guest room, so the last floor is a bit indepentant. Very nice house!
Amazing property. SO MUCH SPACE! I'd be one of those relying on public transport.
Your videos only make me sick that I can't afford to buy them all.
Oh the view!!
Stunning . Absolutely. .... Stunning ! ⛰🏔🌇🌗🌘
I love this property!!! I just need the money haha
I would keep the wooden ceiling. It’s a style that is unique and making a comeback.
Warms up a room with stone floors.
@@michaelplunkett8059: I lived in Rovigo, Padova, and Taglia de Po for a few years while working for ExxonMobil. I am sick of Houston, Texas and see the writing on the wall with the extra million people that just came up from the Mexican boarder. From what I remember about being in Italy is that I really liked the People and the way of life there. I'm still having to wait until both my elderly parents are gone but after that, I'm considering moving back to Italy.
Nice terrace
Wow love your tours thank you😊
I love this video and this property. Fantastic!
Yes, stunning views.
Just lovely ❤
Spectacular view!!
Great video!
You are a lot of fun to watch and bring these properties to life. Keep up the good work. My wife and I are just starting to look, and this looks like the type of property we would want to purchase.
STUNNING
Really stunning
Wow…..Stunning 🤩🏴
This place and views are stunning!
the views are stunning.the house is move in ready, thanks for up load.have a good one.
Wow, this one is huge 🎉
This is a truly fabulous property. ❤
Breathtaking views
I love the pink and black bathroom and of course the upper terrace. Thank you for showing the amazing old properties.
Amazing property Dave
Those bedrooms are huge! What a great house!
Hey! I watch your videos for the stunning commentary! 😊
That beautiful church out front. Wow
love this house
My favorite so far!❤❤❤
The whole place is very stunning.
Superb!
It’s beautiful and more than enough room.🇺🇸❤️
What an amazing property! I'm new here, watching from Cape Town South Africa
Views are stuning...OK OK... I have to agree with that Dave.
BE a great place to live for sure... thanks for Le Show...
I can’t even imagine having someplace that you could see so far away. Lovely property for sure. So much potential. I enjoy listening to your voice as you talk about the property. Great presentation. I love the wood ceiling for use. Thank you.
Just stunning like whole Palombaro village...!!
The wood paneling is back , I see it added to many home now its great 👍
What a magic place.
I'm new to your channel and at a very early point in my search. This property is without doubt stunning and fabulous so maybe stunulous is the word 😂 loving your great videos!
The terrace is...dare I say it? Stunning!
Funny you showed the Adriatic. My office was offshore from there just above the river Po. AdriaticLNG, ExxonMobil, and Edison pipeline. The closest I have ever come to losing my life on a job site. Still, great money and lots of fun.
It is a beautiful place with a little bit of love it would be fabulous and you have the appointment downstairs
GORGEOUS BARGAIN!
I hate to say it, but I take a drink every time you say STUNNING.😵😵💫
Beautiful property! We will talk soon.
I love this home. I now have a passport. I want to see these places in person. Id love a home there.
That is a lot of property for the price. Wow.
Great value. Just needs a good decorator.😎
I think that tub is special.
I would turn the upper floor to an 1 bedroom suite with the bathroom and a summer kitchen and down stairs all bedrooms and dining/living area with a new kitchen... Great project
Wow, I really enjoyed that....thank you!!!
I was stunned by the views.
This property was absolutely incredible! I’m not looking for an apartment because of my two very large dogs, but rather a freestanding home HOWEVER this property made me think twice. 😍
This is not an apartment!
@@mariaeugenia7599 Yes, you are correct. I mistyped apartment rather than townhouse. I am not looking for any type of attached residence was my point.
Stunning *10 indeed. Is that a path down to a garden on the right at 4'10?. You mentioned you would show the cantina later. How large is that? Does it have access to a garden?
Wow beautiful and so affordable. That ground apt could be rented out for extra cash. Those 2 bathrooms on level 2 and 3 needs a showers 🚿. Minimal fixing up floor 2 and 3 beautiful place .
LOL - pink and black - a classic color combo! I love this place!! Didn't count the "stunnings" but...you're not wrong. My biggest concern is living on 3 - 4 levels. For aging in place that's sort of a problem. Is putting in a small elevator even doable? And - is there any potential to open up walls - where you were talking about making a main bathroom - to turn it into an ensuite for a primary bedroom?
Isn't this almost next door to another recent property? Nice to have the separate apartment, you have a nice liveable space whilst any work upstairs is going on.
you forgot to show the cantina! great house but maybe too far north for me!
my big family would do well in a house like this.
Before I start this video, I have to confess that if there was ever Haven on Earth, this place has to be it.
The bedrooms need ensuites so bathrooms and toilets on each level. Get rid of ancillary room off kitchen . and turn bathroom into laundry, utility and toilet. Front lower room equals reception room. 2 nd floor 1 bedroom plus lounge and tv room.
Absolutely beautiful.
And the cantina?😊
What a view, the desire to be there is strong. Do you do advice podcast on the proper steps to look for a property, establish residency, due diligence prior too, paperwork, all matter of things that will help move the process forward? How to select, town, location, etc ? 10 Q.
Yes, every Thursday at 7pm cet. Lots of old videos on the channel also
That top terrace id put a little splash pool. And get the best tan ever. Surround myself with flowers. My laundry room would be not in any separate room. But in the kitchen. It looks like the Italians just use a washer. Or does the one unit wash and dry?
I love this town.
What a great property! I really enjoy your videos. My wife and I want to retire to Europe, and Italy is high on the list. I would love to hear your guess on how much it would cost to make the improvements you suggest on your videos. Like for this one - what do you think it might cost to change the kitchen addition to a terrace, move the one bath to the larger room, etc. I realize you're not a builder, but I just have no idea how Italian construction costs compare to those in the US. But yeah - nice place!
Great with lots of potential. Is it still available? If so what is the listing link? Also would love to see soem footage of the cellar and has any yard space off the cellar
did the owners plaster over the high ceilings to bring the ceiling lower? This is fantastic space -- I am interested in this one and i'll send an email - loved the bathroom idea. I would remove the small kitchen and convert back to a terrace. I would also want to find out if there is a way to make the lower floor self contained and create another entrance for the main house. see if the storage room next to the terrace ceilings can be lifted. This is a huge townhouse
Very nice. Do you get any snow at the house level ?Thanks sir, nice to view without the scrolling at the bottom of the screen. I would welcome church bells too. Too bad not an active church.😊
Hola David. ¡Cuánto has cambiado este video!
Saludos.
What potential. Having watched several of your videos, I am curious to know how old the vaulted cellars are?
Wow, that's a lot of house for $100k! Love this one, thanks for the tour! Do you know about how many sq. meters the interior is, roughly?
Love ur channel. Do you get properties in Torricella Peligna! Thanks
You’ve probably got this question before, but what are the taxes like on foreign owned properties?
Lovely video btw thanks!
Weird how the kitchen is split in 2 rooms. I'd redo in the big space & turn that room into a terrace like you said. I'd hate to lose the view & terrace on the back so I'd keep that 3rd bedroom & turn the bedroom with the checked floor into a large bedroom. I know it goes to a terrace too, but it's got street/construction noise so curtains/windows could be closed. I'd be happy with a smaller room with a terrace with a view!!! Since I'm looking at buying a place with a friend, I'd rent out the bottom floor, let Lynn have the ground & first floors with renovations & I'd take the top floor with the deck, turning that extra room into a living/dining/kitchen for myself.
Hard to comprehend the reasoning behind why this region of Italy is so inexpensive. The offerings are great value. The population must be reducing from its previous levels to weaken demand. But why move out - guess it is probably work opportunities or train networks/airport access. But for the retiree or anybody working from home the location within Europe for a price like this is fantastic. The space, history, environment, views are just outstanding. Biggest issue is probably the need for a car to get around anywhere. Would be good to put in your videos the transport options to connect up with train stations or airports. You are enticing me into Italy when I had not really considered it compared to other European countries.
Abruzzo is a fantastic place but only discovered properly by foreign buyers around 10 years ago. Believe it or not, prices have increased since then and in the last year there has been a huge new surge of buyers from the USA
You always recommend some great fixes to the houses (expose bricks, move bathroom, etc). Do you have contractors that you recommend to your sellers to help with that work?
Yes, that's been part of our ork for over 15 years.
On such a balcony make a 360° - I wondered if it is a private one to sunbath without.
But it is sold already.
We Love your videos on these properties. Sir, do have any information about the taxes on this property? We really like it.
Hi, please contact info@ahomeinitaly.com and we will try and answer your questions.
Can we go around the building and see parking and the shape of the outside
What's the link to this property? I can't find it on your website. Thank you.
