@@lilahdog568 Philippine history shows that this preference for lighter skin has been around centuries prior to Spain colonizing the archipelago, we had Datus and their families who from their higher class would often stay in doors thus having lighter skin than the lower classes who had to work outside so the goal wasn't to "look like a white person" but to resemble someone of a "higher class" and this kinda just carried on to modern day as a beauty standard and it just so happened that white people passed this standard (and they likely made it worse honestly) so people think the goal is to "look white" but it really isn't, you would see that it's purely coincidental if you dove into pre-colonial Philippine history, even the higher nose bridge was something Filipinos preferred prior to Spanish colonization.

Dude scared to say they are black😂😂😂😂😂. Bout Melanesian descent
K tell yourself what ever makes you feel good
K dude I grew up with my people having red hair. It ain’t noting strange. So to see Solomon Islander
Isn’t shocking to me
K They are black, are you colour blind?
K Black does not equal African 🤷🏽♀️ Black is black, melanin is melanin and I said what I said.
K imma need you to repeat that the next time i get pulled over.. hello office he has black skin and a big fat nose and lips but he’s not black... he has blond hair lmfao give me a fucking break I’m actually laughing so hard 😂
I have blond hair.
Wantok, all PNG tu gut garas alsem.
same, i'm afro-american
I'm an arab but I have blue eyes
I've spent the last hour looking at these videos and this is the first I've scrolled down to read comments. Because I knew what was coming...LOL!
😂
Me too 😂
Blacks all over the world has blond hair, red hair, light brown hair naturally.
I don’t understand why so many AA are gate keeping them just because they have darker skin? Are South Asians (Indians) Black now too?
They aren’t African or Black like African Americans. They are an entirely different race. Blondness in Europeans is influenced by an entirely different gene.
African Americans that have red hair in the states are known to be related to Thomas Jefferson in the South.
Not the redheads lol
@bastian9693 Bruh, they are black, those people migrated from Africa to South Asia. There's different types of blacks, my little brother has blonde hair aswell. Black people are the only ones who have super tight curls, some of those kids have that.
Please keep your hands to yourself, dude! I even felt violated,...and I'm a million miles away.
Bruh cmon he probably asked for permission why you being just negative bitch get a life
@@dawitsimon1809 i was about to say that to him but with more swearing
@@kiv8563 yeah facts people are so sensitive now man in TikTok lol it’s even worse

As much as Drew travel, he's still so misinformed it irks me.
👏👏👏👏👏
@@KoiNadi thankyou😊
I got agitated when his hand was in their hair....see with your eyes not with your hands.
I’m just seeing this video. Yes, it’s old however, I’m upset with how intrusive he was touching these children’s hair like they were exhibits. They are human beings just like you. And by the way, the US does not have any native white people, the only native are the indigenous people whose land were stolen from these very “natives” you’ve spoken about. FYI please be respectful towards all cultures.
he was just inspecting the flora and fauna of the island
Nah.
I get what the video was intended for as a world we diverse coming in all kinds of shapes, sizes, and colors but to say white blondes natives of USA and Australia is very misinformation please Drew you can do better Ive seen other videos be better so keep it that way 🙏🏽
No no no it’s not the new generation of blondes, it’s the original . Period
amee nah originally not from there but ok.
Blondes and redheads came from west Asia and Middle East. Not from Melanesia or Africa. Period
Scandinavians and other Europeans are more of the true blonds. These people only have a mutation.
@@callum7171
I normally like his videos - but his behavior in this one was SHAMEFUL.
AMEN.
They’re so beautiful! 🥹
Haven’t they ever told you to “ always keep your hands to yourself “
I mean they look happy to be on camera
He just wanted to touch there hair, if they didn’t want him to touch it they could have said no or run away but on what I’ve seen in the video they didn’t felt uncomfortable or mad at him
@@hallooos7585 Would you walk up to a kid you don't know and just randomly start touching them in the US or EU? If you can't do it there, the same rule applies!
THAT PART!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
@@tchakamlarisa871 depends on the victim, if they're cool with it who cares
They have blonde hair cause that's genetics, European folks aren't the only ones with blonde hair, straight hair or colored eyes
Heck where do you think they get it from in the 1st place. 🙄🙄🙄
Dude, nope totally wrong to be touching their hair like that. But those are some BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!
This video is rubbing me the wrong way. Touching people like he’s at a petting zoo. I don’t like it.
To God be the glory! His word states that "out of ONE BLOOD He made ALL nations"!! Man has NOTHING to do with it!!!💕💯
AMEN, AMEN AND AMEN AGAIN!
I think they didn’t like you touching their hair. I am from Russia, but we were with family in Thailand, we went to the island where we thought there are no tourists. But we were wrong, there were a lot of tourists, but Chinese. They behaved disgustingly! They came up and touched my hair, took pictures of me, my brother and sister without permission.
I can suggest that those kids felt the same about you.
NEXT TIME DONT TOUCH THEIR HAIR... WE ARE NOT ANIMALS!!!!!!!!!
Tell me this, are you Melanesian?
@flexNflair rrr You can find all that diversity in any other race too. So what's your point? Plus this "diversity" in black and all the asian races is very very very rare, less than few %.
Dark&pretty likeBriaMiles
Blue eyes?
AHHAHAHAHA, this is so funny! 😂😂 Blue eyes are coming from europe. If you see a Black person with Blue eyes, he has European in his DNA. That's fact. I have never ever seen a black person with blue eyes in my intire life in reality. Its veeery RARE. Hair can be light. You can get lighter hair with sun.
Sorry hun, but the real Black people from Africa have Dark skin and dark eyes. Poppin melannin. Which is beautiful, im not saying anything. Black people from America are mixed with anything.
@@CGRosario-vj1zb my cousin has dark blue eyes and he has really dark skin... It's rare but it does happen
Steven M
Of course it happens. But he still has mixing in his DNA. I read about it.
"Cydnee Black" has dark skin, but her eyes are blue. She did a DNA test and she had a little percent white in her. And she didn't even knew.🤷🏻♀️ I think Black people look good with the Blue eyes. Im just saying. I mean, im not a science, but maybe there could be a an 100% African person with blue eyes. That would be an mutatian. i donno🤷🏻♀️But nowdays almost everyone is mixed. You can't even tell. You can be white as fuck but still be mixed, or very dark skinned.
I mean, the blue eyes are originally coming from an European ancestor.
I belive, that Africans have dark eyes or skin because of the sun. To protect them. Light skin is sensitiv with the sun.
Dude was like I finally get to experience what a black person's hair might feel like 🤔🙄🥴 #awkward
This is exploitation
Stop touching their hair
Wow, so many beautiful people...
Don't touch their hair without permission though.
When I was a kid and went to Southern Europe with my family (I'm Scandinavian), i remember how I hated when random strangers touched my hair all the time just because of the colour. I understand the fascination, but you gotta ask, mate.
