Yes it is nice that it comes with a case. I probably should not have been as close to the power lines as I was but I had a successful flight that's all that matters. And I try to stay away from power lines now LOL

It really makes entering into the helicopter hobby very easy!
You have to change the software settings for it to permit invert.
Yes, I figured that out. But the instructions do not give you any information that you need to do this or how to do it. I did end up figuring this out myself and I got the inverted flight flight enabled. Thanks for letting me know though. I'm going to do a video explaining how to do this since Flywing kind of dropped the ball with this information. Thanks for watching.
@@myrclife Yes, I saw in the comments that you resolved it, I should have read them first. There are a couple of channels I follow, Essential RC and Alishanmao, that have several videos on this model. I'm awaiting delivery of mine.

I'm glad you like it. I cannot wait to get more experience flying this HUGE sized heli. I've never had a helicopter before so starting with a 450 sized heli is not typically how people start out flying helis. lol

Yes, I was very excited. I finally figured out how to enable the inverted flight a few days ago. I'll be making another video soon.

*Remember kids, when flying your rc heli for the first time, always do it by power lines.
I like the sarcasm there.👍🤣Yes, you should definitely stay away from power lines when flying a rc heli but I was totally in control and I was a good distance away from the lines even though it looks very close in the video. Thanks for watching and commenting.

There's a routine you need to do on the computer. I am going to do a video showing how to enable the inverted flying function. I ended up breaking a small part on my helicopter and I had to order it from China so I am waiting for that to come in but as soon as it comes in I will make the video

No, there was no need to calibrate the compass. It was calibrated from the factory. This is a very easy to run helicopter.

How many flights have you had on this one? My first was unsuccessful as the GPS went whacky about a foot off the ground and I encountered a minor fender-bender. When it says not to fly near buildings, cement structures, trees or cloudy days, the manual means it haha.
I have a handful of flights. I was inverted and the wind pushed me slightly sideways and into some small branches. And I crashed 🤷 I just got

Hi finally received esc there back in stock so I wasn’t paying attention which way the servo wire came off the receiver and the other cord that plugs to the back of helicopter basically all of them can you help with pictures. Thank you for your time

Yeah this video was filmed a long time ago. If you look through my video list the very next video about 2 days later I had figured everything out and explained to everybody what the problem was and how to fix it. Thank you for reaching out and trying to help me with the problem though

Does v3 require the calibration dance that the other versions? Thanks for the great info I ordered one from heli direct
I never calibrated mine EVER. It was calibrated correctly right out of the box. I think you can get into a calibration menu on the software but it was not needed for me to get up and flying. That calibration dance looked like a pain in the butt because you have to bring your laptop outside and stuff. What if you DID NOT own a laptop???? That was not a well thought out calibration feature
No calibration dance required. V3 uses the CCP's BeiDou system. The CCP claims that this is extremely reliable and based on what I have seen so far, it performs quite well.
I love mine. I actually broke a wire on my GPS compass unit and am waiting for a new one to arrive from China. Until then my chopper sits awaiting it's next flight.

Hey I crashed my FW450 and the connector under the tail boom fell out. Can you have a look and tell me if it goes on the left (servo) or right (sens) - Thank you.

I think you were too high to do invert...
Nope, my height had nothing to do with it. The helicopter comes shipped to your door with the inverted option disabled. I had to hook it up to my computer and enable the inverted function. If you need instructions on how to do so look through my fw450 videos and you will see the video that explains how to do it.

as soon as i clicked on this video i was not impressed this guy should work on it a bit longer. Was not presentable at all one would fell like the f bomb was going off any min not that it would at all bother me but i clicked to see a different vid after 10 sec in.
