    Joining ATP was my Life’s best decision I can ever say. I never saw myself having a flexible body after my child birth. We never realise how unhealthy we could get unless we start doing workouts. I was someone who could never do proper squatting or at least more than 3 lunges on each leg in the proper form. Even though I used to workout from Riyadh, go to gym, may be not regular, very active at home and so on, I used to blindly believe that I am fit. In fact, it was just my blind blunder thought.
    After I joined ATP, my 15 sec plank has transformed to 1 minute in a month, I can do 400 jumping jacks in 5 minutes, I love squatting and lunging like never before, I wait for my workout time to get sweaty and feel good, most importantly, I can wear what I love and look healthy eating home cooked meals that I have been eating in my childhood.
    Special thanks to my nutritionist Sandhya for her immense support.
    Thankyou will be the least I could say to Abin, for introducing such a wonderful program that can change anyone’s life to a more confident one.

    Raagi Dosa :
    Raagi - 1 cup
    Urad dal - 1/4 cup
    Fenugreek seeds- 1/4 tsp
    Water
    Salt
    ------
    Fish curry:
    Fish - 1 kg
    Garlic - 5 -6
    Shallots - 10
    Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
    Red chilli powder - 1tbsp or more
    Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
    Roasted fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
    Tamarind pulp or paste - 2 tbsp
    Green chillies - 3 slit
    Ginger - 1 tbsp chopped
    Water- 2 cups or more if needed
    Tempering :
    Coconut oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
    Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
    Garlic - 4 - 5 chopped
    Shallots - 4 - 5 sliced
    Curry leaves - few
    Dried red chillies - 3 - 4
    -----------
    Energy ball/Sesame ball
    White rice - 1 cup
    Black sesame seeds - 1 cup
    White sesame seeds - 1/2 cup
    Grated coconut - 1/5 cup
    Jaggery - 2 cups or enough to make it sweet & wet to roll
    Cardamom powder - 1/2 - 1 tsp

    Do they cater to people who work outside the home full time and cannot make sperate meals for themselves all the time? Meals that kids will eat too so you don't come home from work at 8pm and have to cook different things?

    Asslamualikum shasheera,very inspiring video but I would like to ask u r u not getting pain in ur knees coz I too joined weight loss program of Herbalife but unfortunately I'm suffering with so much of knee pain. My BP is getting low because of diet,couldn't control on my cravings.also it was so expensive

      Here they give modifications or alternate exercises for people having back pain or knee pain … and the diet given is not much hard. U may check out my other video where i have ahown the pictures of what all i used to eat 🥰♥️🥰
