Hindi: यह स्वादिष्ट रेसिपी नरम चिकन, आलू और मटर को प्याज, टमाटर और मसालों की खुशबूदार ग्रेवी में पकाकर बनाई जाती है। यह व्यंजन लंच या डिनर के लिए बेहतरीन है और इसे नान, रोटी या चावल के साथ परोसें।
Ingredients | सामग्री:
Chicken - 500 grams
Potatoes (cubed) - 2 medium
Green peas - 1 cup
Onions (chopped) - 2 large
Tomatoes (chopped) - 2 medium
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Water - as needed
Steps or mane:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder; cook until the oil separates.
Add chicken and fry until it turns white.
Add potatoes, green peas, and salt; mix well.
Pour water as needed, cover, and cook until the chicken and potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle garam masala, mix, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with your choice of bread or rice.
