Lovely inspiration behind simple home cooked food. Parsi Kumas is one recipie I make as a dedication to my Maternal Grand Mother. While she is no more, i can still remember most of the steps she did as she baked this lovely tea time rava & mava cake over a low flame of ambers.
My mother used to make it the same way on a flame of ambers but tody is an important ingredient in it which is difficult to get now though you can use other rising ingredients, but it's not the same.

I was looking for aalu matar my mom style. But I found Ur mom style aalu matar . This is also amazing. But my mom use to cook very simple but at the same time very tasty. Mom use to put zeera in oil with heeng and salt , saffron., and red chilli and some red chilli . Same time afterwards add tomatoes in patili and make good puree. Take one pan and fry potatoes and matar another pan . And mix them and water . Dum do and khalo. Its yummy with chapati

I was looking for aalu matar my mom style. But I found Ur mom style aalu matar . This is also amazing. But my mom use to cook very simple but at the same time very tasty. Mom use to put zeera in oil with heeng and salt , saffron., and red chilli and some red chilli . Same time afterwards add tomatoes in patili and make good puree. Take one pan and fry potatoes and matar another pan . And mix them and water . Dum do and khalo. Its yummy with chapati
