- Container Moving Solutions EVO Trailer. This trailer allows any size ISO container to be lifted off the ground and transported using the systems hydraulic system, no need for a forklift or crane to place the container anywhere. This specialized system doesn't need 120' of room to place a 40 foot container on the ground. The EVO Trailer allows you to place a 40 foot container on the ground with only 60 feet of space. Next level of engineering for container transport. Anything else is just amateur. Just loved the remote dollies that positioned themselves under the container. Sure beats the guys who drag the container up on their flatdeck scraping everything in the process and then dropping it at the site. This system shown would let you place it on supports of any kind before leaving and not just on the ground. Thanks for sharing.
Oby-1 Thank you!
With my luck I would always be assigned the container in the middle with no empty space. Very nice setup you have there. Thank you for sharing.
I was curious about buying a container for storage and started looking on UA-cam on how they were transported to residences and, WOW! Was I surprised about seeing the technology and simplicity of the process 😃. 30 years ago I picked up shipping containers from ports and rail yards so I'm aware of that process but this system here is totally AWESOME! Now I know how it will be delivered. Thank you for sharing your video my friend. Jay👍👍

Would be cool to see those wheels equipped with a feature that allows them to shift sideways to move from being on the side, and shift directly into position. This would allow for an even quicker load time, and allow for even tighter removal when dropping the unit as well. With all of the technology already involved here, it doesn't seem too farfetched to configure the wheels to achieve this.
I’m not so much a truck guy as I am a Jeep guy. What beast is that? A Ford 350 with every HD Upgrade !? IDK, BUT IT’S A BEAST! Wouldn’t mind Dream Cruisin’ on Woodward with that monster. 👍🇺🇸

That is AWESOME!!!
Same way they move manufactured homes. The RC dolly is a nice touch!
Absolutely cool setup!
Randall Wescoat - Thank you!
That is ingenious and I hope you make a healthy living from this invention. I need something like this to get a container in my warehouse.
We have other products that may work for you. Contact us at into@containermovingsolutions.com
I've been moving containers like this for 25 years !! My setup isn't this "Fancy" but it gets the job done ! And it only cost me $100 to build ! I used a old Double Axle Boat trailer ! Widened it to fit a container and welded in extra braces. I use 2 heavy duty jack stands, And I have several Wreckers and a 1 ton Dodge Diesel that all have Wheel Lifts on them ! All the unit on the truck is, Is a Wrecker Wheel Lift with different Slider's on it. I do have to push my dolly by hand under the Container, But it's not that hard ! Very easy and fast if you happen to have a helper ! This is a nice setup !! And makes things a little easier, But for the price difference, I'll keep using my homemade Dolly !
Great application to move containers. Would have been nice to show the tie downs being installed and tightened, they magically appear! Also how about using a wireless rear stop/run lighting system?
Thank you John for your questions, subscribe to our UA-cam page and we will post a video of the strapping process. We use unique straps to save time during the strapping process. We currently use a wireless light bar on the back of the container along with a power cord for the trailer brakes and lights.
You have a great design. I was a little surprised that the dolly drove itself.
I came to look at comments because I knew these would be here-
“That’s too much weight for those axles!”
“I could build it better/different”
“I could load it on my drop deck quicker”
I was not disappointed in the idiotic comments.
Dozer1642 - Thank you for your comment.
We developed the remote controlled trailer to allow the trailer to “drive” out of tight areas and also limit workman compensation claims and general liability exposure.
Anytime you put something out to the general public you will have those type of comments. We understand our system is a different way to load, transport and deliver containers. We have many years of development to get to where we are at today. We have sold units to companies that have eliminated their traditional trucks and trailers and only run our system because our system is more profitable. We are always available to answer any questions someone might have. Contact us at info@containermovingsolutions.com or 928-775-4144.
ContainerMoving Solutions it’s pretty obvious to me that this design wasn’t intended for a one time mover or someone trying to make a quick buck. It’s well thought out and well built. I’m sorry the common youtube commenter isn’t someone that could actually design, build and use something like this.
Nicely done. 👍
What did you expect, its mostly Americans in the comments...

Good job 👍
That is absolutely genius.
That's a nice ass setup
Thats a smart idea. for rear lights use some of that dc currant to power the rear lights charging a battery so the lights stay on When you stop with a remote signal. And you will never have to charge that apparatus you put together

Great product wonderful design, Fit and finish looks great. Just an idear i wanted to share. In My area lots of folks are using old van body trailers with alittle modification might be another application, Ive been moving them much the same way for years with a medium size wreck and non powered dolly, lots of sweat and busted knuckles. Ill be contacting you about purchasing a dolly. Thanks for sharing.
Why no sounds, no dictation of what is going on? Not explanation of the equipment, how it's used and what it is capable of doing? Looks neat.
I love it! What we didn't see is how you would travel with the unit to the site. (dolly attached to the truck)
Dolly goes up on top of that flat bad from what it looks like
Hi right at the start, you can see the two units connected.
Modular Living - the trailer can be towed behind the truck or can be loaded onto the back of the truck using aluminum ramps that side out from the bed. Best I've seen so far. But if you don't add wireless lights somebody else will. You beat me on finishing my Stinger but my trailers got you. But talk is cheap.

Awesome system!!!!. But my god get rid of the wired tow lights and get towmate wireless will cut your load time down by 10 min and you wont have the guessing game of slack in your wire.
Jonathan Price - Yes you are correct. We have the wireless tow light as standard equipment with our system. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
I'm in and out of tight spots in Boston with a F350 dually extended cab with a 38 ft sliding axle trailer. Have no issues getting containers out of tight spots as long as I can get the back of the trailer close I can winch the container on while pulling the trailer and truck underneath the container, takes me about 15mins to load including strapping. In this scenario to have a spot to put the dolly is not always offered like a container in a narrow ally or up against a wall, fence bldg etc where you have 10 feet of width. Been doing it for 4 years and that set up I just watched not only looks time consuming and labor extensive but expensive. If I had a 450 with a chassis cab set up with a regular cab I'd get into just about anywhere a 40ft can go legally and safely. Anything else is not worth the liability for stupidity. But I enjoyed the video non the less.
Mojo Risin - When you deliver or pickup a container how many feet do you need in front of the container? I’m guessing you need about 60’ in front of the container. Many times our customers don’t have that much room in front of the container so the container is dropped on the street and the customer has to figure out how to get the container into the space they have. We receive many calls from either the customer or the company that is selling or leasing the container to their customer to have us place the container in the space for the customer.
When there is a tight limited space area like a driveway or alley we transfer the container off our trailer into the specialized placement dollies which allows us to go down narrow alleys and driveways. We can also place the container next to a wall or building using these. Please check out our other videos demonstrating our complete package.
@@containermovingsolutions8805 that's cool, my opinion is you create issues by having a heavy piece of equipment and container in spots where they don't belong if not being placed permanently. I get it, it makes businesses like yours exist, but in my opinion your dealing with over particular clients who probably don't understand payload capacities and placements of portable units, just because you can place the dimensions of a container somewhere doesn't mean you should. The customers I deal with on a daily basis especially construction, know very little on placements of these just on getting the job done, they mostly don't understand these boxes empty are 8200lbs and take up a lot of room. It makes sense to treat it as such and not create pie in the sky thinking on containers being temporary placed somewhere it shouldn't. Which is why our methods are the most used and safest option. Even that poses several safety issues alone. It's hard to find drivers who want to take the risk let alone delivering where space is tight and Murphy's law is creeping around the corner. Maybe I'll see you in the city but haven't seen nor heard of anyone in the business willing to use that piece of equipment, maybe a cost issue but mainly a safety one albeit the operator not using it properly. Best of luck though servicing those type of clients.
Mojo Risin - We have companies that are selling their trucks and trailers like yours and replacing their entire fleet with our system. Major rental and leasing companies rely on this system to place their difficult container deliveries. This system allows the same system to place any size container from a 10’ to a 45’ container anywhere.
@@containermovingsolutions8805 Cool, I'll look out for them here in the northeast.
Very cool and genius design. How much would a set up like this cost me? Assuming I provide the truck. And will it only work on a cab and chassis model truck?
Boko’s Diesel Garage - the system requires a minimum of a class 5 cab and chassis. You can provide the truck or we have cab and chassis’s on hand meeting our build specifications. Contact us at info@containermovingsolutions.com or 928-775-4144 to discuss purchasing options in greater detail. Thank you.
You could make an entire business just using that equipment and delivering containers.
I'll bet a full rig is easily $120k+
Like the Brazil!👍🇧🇷
the silence is tense
It looks soooo easy.
It is the easiest, most versatile container transportation system available. The equipment can transport any empty container from a 10’ to 45’. No need for extra trucks and trailers.
thumbs up a class act
This is a great concept. Have you had some of the following problems?...
1. Jack stands falling over in soft soil?
2. DOT regulations state empty intermodal containers can hang of no more than 5'. Any trouble?
3. No Trailer brakes (typically a requirement with a trailer over 4,000 lbs.
4. Does the power system on the trailer run out with heavy usage?
5. Are the depots giving you or your guys problems picking up?
6.Will this set up handle 53' contianers?
Michael Bradley - The center stands require cribbing in soft soil. The trailer is placed where there is 5 feet of container hanging off the end. Commercial vehicle enforcement has looked at and inspected our system in many states with no issues. The trailer has electric brakes. The electric motors will work excellent. When the trailer is plugged in to the truck for lights and brakes, the battery is also being charged from the truck. The depots have no issues loading our system.
My only concern is the pin and ears that attach to the container but with out physically seeing it it’s hard to tell material thickness! Brilliant idea tho
Woodman Outdoors - Thank you. The slide arms have been designed to withstand the forces applied to them from the weight of the container during the loading, transport and unloading process.
Hey are you guys up here in Oregon also ? If not u should be . Couple of container yards in Portland and one in prineville . People aren't buying containers up here cause shipping is so expensive . Even the containers are getting expensive again .
Jeff Petersen - We are currently building a transport system for a customer in Oregon. Thank you for inquiring about our transport system.
Would this not exceed length limits? Very nice setup. How does this remain non-CDL in California? If you are using a F550, doesn't the trailer need a GVW under 6500 for it to be a non-CDL?
The trailer's GVW is 6500lbs with the truck at 19,500GVW is a total of 26,000 GCVW.
Nice idea but not sure about the truck connection safety chains?
Innovative Yes! Safety is still in question....
This system is safe. What safety issues are you concerned with?
@@containermovingsolutions8805 The front connection on the container. I could be wrong but it appears it is held closed by a chain. Is there a locking mechanism for the chain to stay hooked or is it a drop in hook connection only?
hawkdaddy64 - The chain drops into the hook and then the chain is placed on a threaded stud and a nut is placed on the stud.

Who made the flat bed is it cm or somebody? Who made you under lift? How strong is it, like the typical 4000# lift/8000# tow? How dou you purchase one of these setups?
Firefighter1107 - We manufacture the bed and under lift. The under lift is designed specifically for container transport. The lift is rated to lift 9000 pounds. Contact us at 928-775-4144. Thank you for inquiring.
Looks very trustworthy
Jack Decker -Thank you. The system works excellent.
Does it work with 20 foot or over 40 foot containers.Might need ICC bumpe
Mark Damon - this system works with any size container from 10’ to 45’. Because the GVWR of the trailer is under 10,000 lbs an ICC bumper is not required.
How do you know where to place the dolly along the length of the container and how is it secured in that position?
We have a set measurement and all containers have the same design that allows us to use that mark for container placement. Placing the trailer consistently at the same distance for each size container allows us to know the weight on the trailer and on the truck and not overload either one and meet the DOT weight limits per axle. The container is secured to the trailer with straps.
what secures the trailer axle to the container other than the weight of the conex box..
so there are no breaks on the trailer axle either ??
not a secure setup....
The container is secured to the trailer with tie down straps, which meets the FMSCA requirements. Both axles on the trailer have electric trailer brakes. The trailer is a licensed, and meets DOT requirements. This system is very secure and safe.
dot would have a field day inspecting this truck, and all the work, seems like alot to me
Tony Miller - The truck meets all DOT regulations and has past DOT inspections. Our system allows you to load or unload any size container in a matter of minutes and place them on the ground in any situation with ease. Companies are purchasing our specialized system and eliminating their trucks and flatbed trailers. Those companies deliver more containers each day with our system because it’s LESS work than a truck and trailer.
How much does the complete Rig Cost? And I assume the plates are on the tandems to legally tow the container?
The trailer is a licensed trailer with plates. The complete system with truck and trailer is 160k.
How come straps and lights mysteriously appeared at 5:47 when he we went to drop it off? He didn't show hooking them up before he drove away.
This system looks really sweet though. The remote axle is a ton better than some others.
How does the cost of the Tow Bed with hydraulics compare to the GooseNeck hoist system by other makers?
Buy the time you do all that I have done loaded my can and gone on a flat bed
Paul Paulk - Our system allows you to transport any size container with the same truck and trailer and also place containers in a limited space area where the traditional truck and trailer can’t.
@Mr Sunshines I tell you what if I was still hauling them cans I would show you how it's done I been in trucking for about thirty years and I can tell you I been in some places where you could not even think there was room to get that can in
Paul Paulk 30 years and still full of it lol
Молодцы. все продумано

It looks like 1,of those repo wrecker s they use to take repo cars and small trucks.the part on the truck that is.
This may appear to be the same lift but we have designed the lift to handle the weight of a container. Our lift also has more lifting height than any other independent lift on the market.
I can see where this is fine for an empty container because they are that heavy. But put weight in it and this is an accident waiting to happen. With no weight on the front axle, you have no steering. If hauling a load, use a gooseneck flatbed or gooseneck premade shed trailer
Yep Its Me - The system is only designed for empty containers. The containers are used for storage.
I would like to ask how the ride is with a 40' high cube or a longer container? It seems like it might cause the truck to porpoise some on rough or bumpy roads?? I'm not trying to be a jerk, just being analytical. I have hauled 20' containers on a 19' rollback and the ride is horrible. I appreciate what you have developed and wish you much success.
The ride with this is great. We use this system for 10’ containers up through 45’ containers. The truck handles is well with the trailer. We have designed this system to move containers, the lift may look like a tow truck lift but it isn’t. With the truck and trailer together it drives and rides excellent.
ContainerMoving Solutions, I am most impressed by your design and have compared it to one of your competitors and yours appears to have solid control as you install and remove the dolly. Nice job 👍
@@brwpe7733 - Thank you. You are correct our complete loading and unloading process is very controlled and a safe operation.
awesome
Tactical Install - Thank you!
Should have shown when you have to park the trailer in between two other trailers, how would you get the dolly out from the trailer you just delivered?
larah shrieber - In a case as you described, we have specialized Placement Dollies we have designed to allow you to remove the trailer and place the container on the Placement Dollies to place the container in a limited space. We have a video showing the Placement Dollies in action. Check out our UA-cam channel for the video.
The idea is great, except for the expensive tow truck hydraulic system. The trailer axles don't need to be remote controlled and electric. Simplify everything and make it priced for working man or entrepreneur.
Jimmy in Mexico - we have designed the system with the remote controlled motors to limit the liability exposure for the user and make the loading and unloading process as safe as possible. The remote controlled motors allow the trailer to be “driven” out of tight limited space areas also. We do offer the trailer without electric motors if the customer doesn’t want that option.
Our hydraulic system is a specialized system that might look like a tow truck style lift but is designed with a patent pending design that allows to lift to lift higher than a normal tow truck style lift. You're very nice design but I believe the dolly is under built. Correct me if I'm wrong it does look like 3,500 lb axles. That box is over 9,000 lb.
The trailer has 2- 6000 lb axles. The weight on the trailer is 6800 lbs on average with a 40’ High Cube container. Most 40’ weight under 8700 lbs. The trailers have been engineered and are designed to transport containers. If it was under built FMCSA would not have approved it for highway use.
