The Jeera part is unique and that’s what Aunty’s recipe is different and yummy . So true Tanmay , even the most difficult recipes is made simpler in CP . Thanks for the tip on ghee roasting the Semolina . 1:1:3 ; Suji to Sugar to water . Now the Colour of the almost cooked Halwa is is caramel-like . Again a master move to mix the masala together and loved the reason as to why it’s been done this way . This is completely different from our house recipe . True that Tanmay , we also make a soup out of the Channa water . Very flavourful and high on protein . The Puris also looks delectable. That’s a wonderful plate of Neivadiyam .
